excess bill-fraudulent canvas
Five months back i got new airtel postpaid connection with the same old prepaid number.

Sales Person who marketed it told about the scheme
* 150 Rs top up for 400 minutes free
* 25 Rs top up for Free messages
*250 Rs Rental charges
* 150 Rs for cug
They came to our working place and did their marketing stuffs.
This is plan is useful than your prepaid .So many promises .but nothing was true... they have lots of hidden charges like Taxes and false reductions. Since i was not satisfied i asked the sales person about withdrawing the postpaid connection.

they we want the reason for that.you should wait 15 days to moniter your usage . your should directly go to our branch office and give written letter regarding this disconnection.Because these people know i can not go direct because of office working hours(9-6 pm) is same as that of airtel branch.Now iam not able to dissconnect ... i am getting irritated about this total airtel itself.

Very Poor Service by Airtel
I purchased prepaid number on 24th april and was told that it will be activated with in 2 hours but it got activated by 25th of friday evening, but incoming facility to the number was not activated for whcih i complained again (aleast 10 to 15 times ) then after that the incoming facility got activated after 3 days (i.e on monday) and agian hte number worked for 2 to 3 days and again now all of its services were disabled and agian i have complained but still no response (hopeless service by airtel). Never expected this type of service from airtel as i am having 2-3 postpaid connections of airtel from last 3 years. But now after gone through such service by airtel will never buy airtel connection. and even i dont know what they did with by money i have recharged my number with 398 full talktime but no service is running. AIRTEL is such money eater monster. Customer care employees do not give any complaint number and when you call next time will say your complaint is now registered you have not registered it earlier so we will take another 24 hour to check this and this keeps on going!!! The cycle goes on. Really i get irritated and its disgusting to see such 3rd class services of Airtel.

activation of prepaid number
I have subscribed the airtel prepaid no. for my communication in State Orissa about one month ago.After one week of activation, my mobile no 09938116804 is deactivated and the reason told that i have not submitted the all document but the fact is that i have already submitted the all concerning document.By the way i again submitted the all document in the airtel office by myself, but still the situation is same.I know that if you people will not take action immidiately then theywill be looser because i am going to take some other company prepaid number but not now Airtel.

Call Chrages Descrepency
From past 4 months, Airtel is changing telphone & internet plans and charging additional amount without communication to customers. When we enquire about details, they are not respponding properly to queries and insisting that, they cannot revert to original plans. Just they accept complaints and no any response either afterwards from customer care officer.

Unwanted commercial SMS & Calls
I got 2 airtel prepaid connections, the Nos. are 09935489172 & 09936471314. I regret to inform that I am receiving unwanted sms & telephone calls. Some time due these calls, I paid fines to traffic police also. I earnestly request you to take corrective action on these.

i just want to tell you rightnow i am facing too mich problem in airtel i really need assistance at that time he dont receive my any coll. i hope you will forward my complain to airtel. airtel cant hear me.

Wrong call charges
My mobile no is 9894980978 on Prepaid servise.
I am using this connection for abt past 3 years... Now when I make a call for a local Reliance no : 9345995000 on 25th of April, 2008 on Time :9.24 am it have to get charged as .49 paise.. Instead of it get charged as Rs.9.20 ps / minute for which i gave a missed call for that no.. I make 2 missed calls for that no... Hence nearly of Rs.18.40 get deducted from my account At that time the call charges taken as Rs.9.20 ps/ min ... When i make a call to C.Care regarding this issue... they tell me that it charges as like that due to addition of 00 (double zero)in front of the no. It is a no which get stored on my mobile for the past 3 months... Ever before call charges had not get deducted as like this... I interact with Mr.Srinivasan on Customercare... The reference no for my interaction is 20426000562... So it is not a problem on my mobile & Called no .. Its all of them are due to Network issues... I ask the C.C.Agent Mr.Srinivasan to register a complaint regarding this... But he refuses to do that & Hence i like to Register a complaint thr E-Mail... I also get the Customercare E-mail id thr Airtel C.Care Agent Mr.Prakash thr Call to Customercare .. His reference no on Customercare call is 0504056410 on 04/may/2008 on Time : 1.54pm on my mobile... Hence my Money Rs.18.20 ps have to get return back from my account... Other then I will send a E-mail to TRAI a copy for furthur actions... I think that you would not make me to so like this regarding this issue...

reduction of amount and not getting acess to mobile office
i have called Airtel customer care for a small query for deduction of a meagre amount of Rs. 30-50 and not getting access to mobile office
Calls started form 28th of april still date (i.e, 04th may)
i had given up on the query on 01st may itself but the airtel send me a msg stating we need some more information to resolve your query on friday the 02nd may as i was out of station for 2days i called them today 04th may again the same crap i have to tell a new customer care executive about the whole issue and he says nothing is mentioned about your query in the system and tells i will transfer the line to the person who will resolve your query i was put on hold for almost 10 minutes listenning to there crap tunes indirectly telling please keep we cannot waste out time on you
being a customer of airtel for last 6years this was never expected

BAD CONNECTION
my mobile air tell no. is9840071620.when i call to my wife no. vodafone mobile no9786537802, some one mobile is connecting and disturbing my privacy. so immediatly this intervention should be rectified.The some one is Abusing me And my wife using abnormal words.This is due to the fault of your connection mechanism.kindly rectify this error and the fact may be intimated earlier.

Wrongly charged
I am using your sevice for last 10 Yrs. Currently i took 1 new No. (9967107238 ) for the month of Nov 07 & i am facing a lots of problem from your side every month. I wrongly charged so many times & i complaind for the same but you people are not able to solve the problem. Recently i charged for Rs.45 on 23 march 2008 & i logged a complaint at your relationship centre located in Fort (FOUNTAIN) on the same day.Again i charged for caller tune but i am not activate this service. Your Executive check all my details & than he replied me you get the refund within 24 Hours.Now the senario is if i call to your customer care they people told me we have only 20 days complaints & you complaint 20 days back. So we are enble to check your complaint. If you check my complaints on a same month i discard your caller tune service & now no one able to give me a proper feedback about my complaints. This is not a first time, So many times you people charged me wrongly . I just want to keep your concern about my previous complaints. I wrongly charged Rs. 99 for the month of Jan & i get the refund on 24 march 2008.I dont know now how much days you people take to process customers complaints.

I think we are waisting our time to choose AIRTEL service.

Please check all my details for the same & i am waiting for your reply, otherwise i file a FIR report for the same.
