about gprs monthly rental.
Dear sir,
I am using Airtel's GPRS services to connect internet since long and using their Rs. 249-/ monthly rental plan.
Some time back, I realised that they are not giving me full one month of service as told me by their customer care executive.
So I started keeping my account records.
In the month of April they deducted Rs. 249/- on 8th and
In the current month that is May, they deducted Rs.249/- on 2nd.It means that they are giving me just 25 days service against their promised 30 days.
The very same day I tried to contact their customer care but there is no one to interact, just a 121 sms service through which a customer can send their complain maximum in 130 words and i also sent mine.I also tried to contact their office through net and sent them my complain at "[email protected]" .
I also tried to call their nodal officer Atif Rashid Umarrizvi
at his given number at their site, but it was allways in off mode.
So I also mailed him at " [email protected]", but till this time their is no response from them.
Kindly look into this matter and help me. The number through which I am using gprs service is "9973257002" .

hellotune code
I've been trying to download a hello tune, based on the information given in the website of Airtel, I've tried it several times, it asks for options from the menu. If they've mentioned that this is a direct call no. Why is it so that they are charging people @6 INR per min and that too asking for questions and options from the main menu. Ideally a direct no. Shouldn't be asking so many questions and should directly start downloading the tunes. But this is not the case here and this according to me is fooling public. If they've mentioned in their site that this is the direct call no. then it shouldn't be asking for all the menu options, as listening to all the songs in the list is very costly (@6 Rs./min).and provide specific URL for airtel hello tune code dont full airtel customer bcoz there r airtel site for hellotune in that site i dont get any hello tune code

badly convesation from airtel customer care
Hi I m Jitendra Badnora My no. is 09766650519 .I M working In Reliance Communication But still I m using Airtel GSM .but since last night conversation with Your CSR I M very Heart About Ur customer care...I called ur customer care last nigh it is 01-05-08 at 12to 12.30 am they pick the phone and put it down..again i called but still he pick the phone and again put it down...when lastly i called third time there are ghanshyam he is a senior he talk with me very badly and put down the phone again...so please if u have time than plz listen thise insident and do needfull If u fill...If ur not responsible then please forword this mail to appropriate authorities...otherwise i have only one option just sweetch from Airtel to Other

complaning aabt co. given any vas service without demand & charges apply more time
comp. abt co. given any vas service like bolbol pack, masti time joke tuny talk without any subsciption & charges apply when we call on 121 not proer reply us last 27, 28 april wrong charg aply and i call 5 times call in`on 121 but not any kind help or information prpper prvid us or not give any responsible no. or call not transfer to tl or supervisor so pls do the same this m atter

Broad Band connection
Poor customer service.. unprofessional behaviour.

To get a broad band connection after making a payment you are told that the only port avaialble in my area was given to one of old customer on priority.

Payment not returned yet with documents.
Have been waiting for four months and trying to reach a correct conatct person to secure a broad bandconnection and no help has arrived..

and the executive is refusing to pick calls all time saying that they are in meetings..Am not sure which one though and no help has come my way...

If this can be brought into attention, it would be a great help for me.I can be reached at my email id .
