Mobile office service not activating
Sir,
I have a prepaid connection of airtel punjab, my mobile no. is 09915748211. on this connection i had tried to activate MOBILE OFFICE service but the service is not activated till date. i am trying to activate monthly pack of this service(MO250) since march 23, 2008.
i had recharged with Rs333 on 22/3/08 (balance became Rs 357) and sent message to activate service on 23/03/08 (after 26 hours) and i got the reply that the service will be activated soon, after waiting a lot, i contacted customer care and tried to know the cause and they told me that the service will be activated soon. after waiting for some more time i contacted GPRS helpline and they told me that my balance is not updated and the balance is low, so the monthly pack of service is not activated and they asked me to contact customer care and ask them why my balance is not updated?
then on 24/03/08 my sms service was blocked and after complaining it was reactivated on 6/04/08. then i tried to activated the MO250 but the problem remain the same.
i have complained many time regarding this but the problem was not solved till date and every time they told me to wait and send the message again.

the customer care executives had neither given any response for these complaints nor the service is activated. kindly look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible so that i can use MO service.

Wrong Bill
Hello,
I am using a Airtel postpaid connection.For the month of April it showed that i have dialed a call to a Astrologer for 600 Rs that to in the morning 6 'o Clock.From my side I have not used my no for this call.kindly remit me the money wrong bill

network problem(nosignal/noservice/calldrop
I am Amar pal singh from Greater Noida U.P.my mobile no-9971911377.i have registered many complaints in customer care service for the network problem that i face in and around my residence area from begnning and have't got solution by airtel.
Problem:- 1) call drop.
2) no signal
3) limited service
4) no service
thease problem in screen every time.

Stop Airtel services
I have stoped my airtel moible no 9890668801 from the past 6months and i have also paid all the bill amount but still i recive your bill for the same no. please tell me why should i pay the bill when i am not useing the no.

Error in connection
its the worst service provider i have ever come across in my entire life.From past 2 weels i m unable to make any calls .And if after trying for hours and hours the call gets connected it will get disconnected in few seconds with the amount deducted from your balance.Also the connectivity shows high & good on my phone inspite of that I am not able to get connected.When I try to call up customer care again it does not allow you or give you an option to talk to the representative.You can just browse to the 4th option or sometimes just keep selecting the language for ever.I even tried calling the other cell which was next to me & had a good connectivity it still shows error in connection for hours and hours.During an emergency this can prove fatal.I would advise everyone never go for airtel.Its very very annoying

Less recharge at Rs 333
On 18-04-08 i recharged my mobile with Rs. 333. Only Rs.171 was credited to my account. On calling to the customer service i was told that the balance amount of Rs162 will be credited in 8 hours. This was not done and then on calling airtel i was told by your Senior Supervisor Mr. Arun, that this service is not available, Rs333 recharge is not available through the internet recharge. Again when i called Airtel i was told by your Senior Supervisor Mr. Dheeraj that the amount will be credited in 4 hours (complaint id 419069601, 10:16am 19-04-08).
I just want to know how foolish do you think your customers are? Is arun giving me the right information? if not, then what assurance is there that when a customer calls airtel he/she is receiving the right information??
although i know this mail is one of the plenty mails you receive, i would still appreciate if this mail is replied. thank you

customer care
The Airtel customer care is the worst which I have experienced so far. The line gets gets disconnected no. of times.If u have gud luck that day and you are able to connect somehow..you encounter inexperienced customer care executives who even do not how to spell e-mail address of customer care.
That's a pain and a sorry state of affair..
I hope this comment would help in improving the services ..

yesterday(17.4.08) even though i didnt make a call 1.50 was detected y????
yesterday i didn't make a call 1.50 ps was detected why??... whats going is on???... why its happened??... kindly see that reason nd never happen again...

plz reintroduce 10 paise offer for FFA numbers
Hello sir i love Airtel i was a senior most subscriber for airtel services. I was using airtel for long period by the benefit of this 10 paise offer which is so good for subscribers like me.
But u had changed that offer to 25 paise which was not much interested for me to use it.so plz can u again introduce that 10 paise offer back plz sir Plz airtel is no 1 tower in andhra pradesh no other network is as nice as airtel.plz kindly forward my request to u r officials

Money deduction
i had activated GPRS on 6th april 2008 and i deactivated GPRS on 7th April 2008 but my money is being deducted till date that is 17 th April 2008. They said i would get the money back in 24 hours but not as yet it is goging to be 60 hours
