unwanted sms
am really fed up of this unwanted career tips from 5432105 services.
I don't know how you people activates any services to any number without permission... Is that just the matter of getting the target fulfill or wanting to harass customer and wanting the customer to discontinue their relationship with Airtel as u people has N number of users... please deactivate this service from 9900348607 immediately as i could not see my family, relatives, and friends emergency messages (my needful messages).. Need to delete these unwanted messages all the time to get my needful messages.

Poor Network
Sir,
Iam Sriram Pakkala, the resident of Karnoor, which is in Nettanige Mudnoor village of Puttur Taluk, Dakshina Kannada District of Karnataka.My problem is regarding the very Weak Signal from our Airtel tower.The tower that iam mentioning has been erected by GTL Ltd, around 4 years back.It was working fine ever since its installation till 4 months back as it had a good network coverage for around 3-4 km radius.But since last 3-4 months the signal has reduced vastly that even at a distance of 500mtrs from the tower we get not reachable replies from your side.This has affected a lot in day-to- day activities of the local residents who are dependent on this tower.There are approx. more than thousand users around this area who are entirely dependent on this tower.As this area is located in the border of Kerala state, due to roaming problems people here are unable to use any other network services.We have complained regarding this to all regional Airtel authorities of Puttur Taluk.But sad part is that no action has been taken regarding this issue. So I kindly request you to set right my problem as soon as possible as it is affecting our daily business very much.

Sub: Disconnection of my Land line telephone No.7752414543.

I, the undersigned, am not happy with the service. My telephone (No. 7752414543) was out of order since 10.06.2011. In this regard I have made a complaint vide complaint no.47664260, and 48086314.I have also lodged a complaint to Nodal central office your office on 24.06.2011 vide no.48135804. Finally my telephone was rectified on 07.07.2011.
In this I have requested to waive my rental as per extent rule.
I have not yet received any bill till date but your office is telling to pay the bill.
In this regard I like to inform you that please send the bill and after scrutiny I will pay the bill and I further request you please arrange to disconnect my telephone immediately.

Sir,
I am availing the services of your company past 7-8 years. My bill payments are always in time. I had few problems in the past and they were resolved within the time committed. This time i had forwarded the complaint for the ph. no. 9915155998 few months back, bt still the problem is not resolved. I had changed my billing plan few months back. when i changed it, i was informed about the change through a sms in which i was told my other services will not get affected and they will continue in the same way. During that period my message pack ( 65 rs - 1000 sms) was activated. bt when i recieved the bill i was charged for the messages i forwarded. i was charged around 1000 rs. for the messages. i talked to the customer care executive about the issue few times and they told me that the problem will be resolved and i'll get the waiver for the same. Bt i didnt get it and i was charged again in the next month also. I again talked to the executive n they felt sorry for inconvinience and couple of days back i got a call that i got the waiver of rs.990 and they told me to pay the balance. when today i visisted the airtel outlet to pay the bill i got to know that still the status is same. i m fed up of the wrong commitments made by the executives of your company. So i have decide to forward the compalint online hoping that this time my problem will get resolved within time.

I have been an airtel customer for more than 8 years, my no 9894192193. As such till last month I had no problems whatsoever. In the first week of May I noticed that I was being charged 1.50 for sms and my calls were being charged by per second pulse. But where as all these years my calls were being charged per minute and the sms cost was 50p.
Then I happened to call the customer care and lodged the complaint and they asked 48 hrs to resolve the issue, which never happened then I called uo 198 again and when confronted them with the complaint no they had raised I got no proper reply from them and the worst thing what happened was that the 198 services were blocked, then I tried calling from two other numbers and also sent mail to customer care, there was no proper response to the mail and further more the 198 services were blocked for the other two numbers also, (9789178960, 9994321234). Then i approached the local airtel office and they gave me two numbers and asked me to call those numbers (9952434865, 99406448650

Initially when I called them they again lodged an complaint and told it will be resolved but at the end those were merely false promises, it was simply waste of time and money for me to call, then each person whom I spoke to gave different answers

FIRST THEY TOLD THAT I HAD RECHARGED FOR 53 OR 57rs AND THAT IS WHY THE PLAN GOT CHANGED. ACTUALLY I NEVER HAD MADE A RECHARGE FOR THE AMOUNT THEY TOLD, LATER WHEN I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND GAVE THE DETAILS OF THE RECHARGES I HAD DONE IN THE PAST, YOU PEOPLE DID AN U TURN AND TOLD AIRTEL IT SELF HAD RECHARGED AS AN COMPLIMENTARY GIFT

THEN I TOLD THAT I DON’T NEED ANY OF THOSE AND TO TRANSFER ME TO MY ORIGINAL BASE PLAN, THEY TOLD THEY WILL REVERT BACK BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED.., WITH NO OTHER GO I HAD TO CALL SINCE YOU PEOPLE WERE NOT READY TO PROVIDE THE SOLUTION

THEN WHEN I ASKED TO GIVE AN COMMITMENT AS TO WHEN THIS WILL BE RESOLVED THE RUDE ANSWER I GOT FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE IS IF YOU WANT YOU PORT OUT .

THEN ONE PERSON TOLD IT WLL BE REVERTED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL BASE PLAN AND ASKED ME TO SEND AS SMS TO 121 WITH A FORMAT, TO WHICH I SENT BUT STILL MY SMS COST WAS 1.50P, THEN WHEN I AGAIN KEPT CALLING UP THEY KEPT ASKING ME TO SEND MAIL, GIVE 24HRS, 48HRS TIME, THEY WILL REVERT BACK, BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY I ONLY ENDED UP WASTING MY MONEY CALLING BUT NO SOLUTION,

THEN ONE DAY A REPRESENTAIVE TOLD ME THAT PLAN IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, SO WHEN I ASKED HIM HOW CAN A BASE PLAN WHICH I WAS USING FOR MORE THAN 6 YRS CHANGE SUDDENLY, THEN ANOTHER PERSON TOLD ME TO GET BENEFITS I HAVE TO COMPULSORILY OPT FOR AN BOOSTER PACK,
THEN AGAIN THEY TOLD ME I AM IN THE SAME PLAN WHICH I WAS EARLIER BUT THE ONLY THING IS THE THE SMS TARRIF HAS BEEN RAISED.

YOU PEOPLE GIVE ALL THE CONFLICTING REPORTS
FIRST YOU TELL THAT PLAN IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
SECOND YO TELL YOU ARE IN THE SAME PLAN BUT ONLY SMS TARRIF IS CAHNGED
ONE PERSON ASKS ME TO PORT OUT
ONE PERSON TELLS I HAVE MADE A RECHARGE SO THE PLAN HAS BEEN CHANGED
ONE PERSON TELLS SINCE I WAS USING A BOOSTER PACK THE BASE TARRIF HAS CHANGED


THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR THE CONFIRMATION MAIL FROM YOU PEOPLE ALONG WITH THE COMPLAINT NOS AND THE RESOLUTION PROVIDED INSTEAD OF GIVING THE RELAVENT INFORMATION YOU PEOPLE GIVE UNWANTED REPLY WHICH IS OF NO USE ASKING FOR 2 DAYS TIME, 24 HRS etc.

THE MAILS SENT BY YOU PEOPLE HAVE CONTRADICTING ANSWERS., .

SEE ALL I ASKED WAS FOR WAS AS TO WHY MY BASE PLAN WAS CHANGED AND YOU PEOPLE HAVE PUSHED ME TO THE WALL AND CAUSED A LOT OF FRUSTRATION. ALL I HAVE LEARNT FROM YOU IS THAT AS CUSTOMERS WE ARE FORCED TO ACCEPT WHAT YOU TELL AND THAT IS IT.. YOU GIVE A BASE PLAN WHICH IS FOR LIFE TIME AND HOW CAN YOU CHANGE IT SUDDENLY, THEN WHY IS THAT YOU PEOPLE GIVE FALSE STATEMENTS THAT THE BASE PLAN WILL BE APPLICABLE FOR LIFE TIME.
EVEN WHEN I TOLD YOU PEOPLE FRANKLY THAT I NEED A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FOR THE RESOLUTIONS OF THE COMPLAINTS SO AS TO APPROACH THE TRAI TRIBUNAL AND CUSTOMER GRIEVENCE AUTHORITIES, STILL YOU HAVE NOT GIVEN..
LOOK I HAVE LOST A LOT OF MY PERCIOUS TIME BY CALLING YOU WHEN AND ALL YOU ASKED ME TO, SPENT MORE THAN 500RS CALLING YOU, BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY STILL THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM YOU PEOPLE AND ITS JUST WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY FOR ME. YOU PEOPLE HAVE MADE A FOOL OUT OF ME..
