REFUND OF DEPOSIT
I HAD SURRENDERRED MY MOBILE CONNECTION IN BANGALORE,RICHMOND ROAD SERVICE CENTRE ON 13 JULY 2007 SINCE I GOT TRANSFERRED TO MUMBAI.I WAS INFORMED THAT MY REFUND OF Rs. 4500/- WILL BE SENT TO MY BILLING ADDRESS WITHIN 45 DAYS.IT IS MORE THAN THREE MONTHS NOW. I HAVE MADE QUERIES AT THE ABOVE CENTRE AND HAVE STILL NOT GOT ANY REPLY.

Remove Hello Tune
Sir,
i have airtel prepaid card , my mobile no. is 9974130825 , my hello tune activate automatically i am trying to remove this hello tune through call centre but i am not sucess , please remove my hello tune through my card .

Airtel sucks!
I Anirudh Jain, the customer of Airtel since many years.I am not happy with the services of airtel providing to me. I have received the call from airtel on 10/10/2007 and TIME was 12:26 AM and number which is 9871699502. The agent asking me my problem and he didn't mentioned his name on the call and also i was able to listen the voice of some girls as they were laughing on the conversation of agent with me.I was shocked on the question which was asked by the agent to me and when i asked him his name he abuse me and hung-up and abusive word which he used on the call was " YOU BLOODY ASSHOLE " and when i redialed the same number the message which i heard was " The Incoming call facility to this number is currently not available for assistance please call airtel customer care at 9810012345 ". I was shocked on this behaviour of AIRTEL AGENT.
This is not the end i am using two numbers of airtel and they both are Corporate numbers and on the next day i received the same call on another number which my mother is using and this time same scenario happened with me again i asked the name of the agent..again abusive language was used by the agent and hung-up. Is this the way of Airtel to talk to there customers ? Nobody is responsible in Airtel to take the initiative to solve the problem..The Day i joined Airtel..Problem started on the same day..and still it is the same..My Number BLACKBERRY is activated but from last 2 months i am not be able to use my BLACKBERRY services till date but the BLACKBERRY is activated on AIRTEL server but is not working on my phone...also i have changed my mobile, means i have bought new Nokia Communicator 9500, 7 days ago.
This is my 3 phone which i have bought but still the problem is not solved from AIRTEL...i am not getting proper solution from AIRTEL..and also i have made request to AIRTEL to change my Billing address so that i will get my bills on time and i will pay my bills on time to AIRTEL.But till date my address is not changed and i have made millions request to change my billing address. The Address Change i want for the number which is 9871705965... But it is not changed till date..and when i call AIRTEL customer care on 121 neither my calls connect to 121 nor i am able to talk to Agent and every time i mention my problem to the Agent then i have to call different Department to tell my problem and in this way AIRTEL play PING - PONG with me while giving me wrong information.
I want waiver for next 4 months on both the numbers for the above mentioned problem. Means can airtel waive off my Bills for both the numbers which i have to pay for my problem ? As this is not the first time i am facing this problem..it was happend with me in the past. But no help. A helpless customer is looking for the help and for the waiver so that i can think that something has been done from AIRTEL.
This is not the end of the problems i am facing, I have lot of problem in my list which i can mentioned but these are the major problem which i am facing..So should i expect something from Airtel that make me happy customer with AIRTEL.
NOW IT'S MORE THEN 10 DAYS... I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM AIRTEL OR FEEDBACK.

No redressal of complaint, pathetic service
Hi, I had taken a postpaid Airtel SIM card from an Airtel Agency, after a lot of persuation and followup from the agency. I decided to take the SIM. From the day I've taken the SIM, I've had problems.
1. I was told that CLIP was free with the celebration 399/- scheme.
2. I was told that there would only be first time advance rent.
3. I was told that the SIM Card would be given to me without any deposit.
And a host of promises made by the agency. On getting the first bill, CLIP was charged. I spoke to an Airtel Executive and she asked me to go on another plan which would not have CLIP Charges and again the advance rent was charged to me for change of plan, and the executive told me, if the CLIP is charged, I should deduct CLIP Charges and pay the rest. As expected, the CLIP charges were charged in the next bill. I deducted the clip charges and paid the balance bill, the same continued in the next 2 bills. Now my Airtel has barred outgoing calls from this SIM. I spoke to another customer service executive about the same on Dushera i.e. 21.10.2007 and she has asked me to give the no. of the agency person, and promised that outgoing calls would be activated in 8 hours maximum. It is 22.10.2007 6.45 p.m. and the outgoing calls have not yet been activated.
I spoke to a customer service executive today i.e. 22.10.07 Mr. Ejaz, and he gave me a number and password, and that does not seem to be working either. On asking him to transfer the call, he says, that cannot be done. On asking him to transfer me to a responsible person, he is not ready to do so, as if he is the CEO of the company. And he cuts the call all of a sudden and says he is sorry that the call got cut.
This is the plight of a person who has been giving business to Airtel to the tune of minimum Rs. 399/- to min. 1000/- per month and Airtel gives this treatment to the customer.
I sincerely request the Complaints Board to take this up strongly with the company and request TRAI to look into this matter as Airtel expects customers to run from pillar to post for the mistakes that Airtel has done.
This is very unfair on Airtel s part and the highest authority has to be questioned and give an apology to all its customers in writing in the newspapers, as without the customers, he would not be No. 10 service provider in the world.

Downloading of Hello tunes without request
i am holding a airtel pre paid connection. mY TELE NUMBER IS 9818374268.
on 17 Oct 07 i recd a message from 6782 of airtel thanking me for downloading hello tune "Rock N Roll Soniye" and Rs. 21/- was deducted from my acount. I had never requested for this. Since 17 Oct 07 i have been trying to complaint through Airtel's call centre. but the response from the centre was atrocious.
Not withstanding this i had sent a SMS to the customer care centre. For this got a reply that iwould be contacted within 24 Hrs. Till date no response reseived frm them.
At this i would like to complaint that my hello tune may be cancelled and my money be refunded and i may be compensated for all the mental agont and time waste.
This complaint i am making after a very dismal and awful action from the Airtel call centre.

money looting
Airtel send fake bills continously for 3 months on a connection (+919980099959) which i had kept under safe custody(Rs.110/- per month) since 28th july 2006 till i brought into their notice. Meanwhile i had already paid Rs.17366/- which till date they haven't refunded. Another connection (+919845041376) which was also kept under safe custody on the same day went missing along with the Rs.5ooo/- or more deposit i had given. Please tell me what should i do. There are still more concerns but i am tired.Today its 20th October 2007

MISS CONDUCT OF CUSTOMER CARE CENTER BOY
Today evening my balance showing suddenly (-)30 Rs. and i cant able to call/recieve any calls till night recharging my phone.
then i called Callcenter for this and reply WAS " NO IFORMATION WITH US", so i angered on him, in reply He used careless words and even not given any information...and he cut the call in the middle and said " WHAT YOU CAN DO <DO IT"

customer care pathetic
not released my outgoing calls despite calling several times. they issued me a replacement sim card and then blocked the outgoing calls from the new sim. customer care says it will take 4 hours... its been 12 hours and i am still waiting. i have confirmed the new sim number atleast 3 times.
