Money deducted without any reason!
Actually, i had activated my NOP which was some 3 to 4 months back and deactivated it on the 24th of July, but since then my Rs. 5 are cut daily in the name of NOP. I complained the same to the Customer care executive nearly 45 to 50 times, they tell me that my money will be refunded within 48 hrs. and no more money shall be deducted, but then to my money is deducted every day.

Horrible customer care service!
I possess a prepaid connection taken on my brother's name. I have been using it for the past five months.I had not subscribed for hello tunes and it subscribed by own and Rs.45 is deducted from my balance. Then i had call to the customer care 4 times in 2 days and they tell me that we will return your money after 4 hours...

Airtel believes in "customer is bagger" instead of" customer is king"!
I am extremely disappointed by the service of airtel. I lost the my sim card on thursday 6th of sep. I made a complaint immediately on that day in (ARC) airtel relationship center in ghatkopar (E). They provided me the duplicate card on 10/9/2007, monday and told me that it will be activated in 4 to 5 hours. Today is thursday, still my card is not been activated. I became the customer of airtel before 20 days and i am facing this problem. Almost a week is passed from the date of my compliant than also the card is not activated. I am very very disappointed.

Deactivating the no. without any information
My Airtel No. is 9967415987, activated on4/9/07 , with all the documents and formalities being complete. Now Outgoing calls have been stopped from my cell no. and the msg conveyed is "Submit the documents", though it has been submitted by me and it is asking to call "9892098920", though on calling this no. the same message is conveyed. In fact, the customer care no. "121" is also not allowed by Airtel. Though incoming calls can be received but outgoings are not allowed at all not even to Customer care.

I am very disappointed with Airtel's Service and will never use it again in the near future, if my problem solved immediately. I'll tell this to all my colleagues , friends and relatives never to use 'Airtel' and how poor services they are providing and how they are troubling their own customers, who have subscribed it with trust and reliability.

Subscriber is helpless in airtel
I change my faulty sim card having network dropping problem on 9th of sep. At airtel head office D-185 okhla phase 1. They promise me to activated it with in 2 hour but still it is not activated and i complain regularly to customer care and also visited there head office 3 times. No one is helping me for solve out this problem only they have promise and harassment. Airtel is going biggest poor customer satisfaction service provider in India.

My self is pankaj kumar having very-very bad experience from airtel services regarding my postpaid no.9971667774 and told about airtel in only one word that airtel is literately " CHOR" company.

Cheating in every possible way
This is the most corrupt unethical and immoral company I have ever came across. This company is cheating the innocent customers in a big way. I have two land line connection for last 2-3 years and had worst kind of experience. Service is no doubt better than most of other's but they are best when it comes cheating the customer. Anybody can guess how this company has generated so much wealth in such a short time, through cheating & fraud obviously. There are lot of manipulations (hera-pheri) in the billing by this company which normally unsuspecting customer can never discover. I my case it came to my knowledge only when they started billing for services which I didn't even had. I am getting rid of this rotten company.

One thing more its customer care department is staffed with totally deaf and dumb persons so what one can expect from such persons. I found that all the idiots have been given jobs as Senior Officer by this company. I am taking this company to court very shortly as I have enough proof of cheating and malpractices by this company.

Poor service!
This is the height of unethical service given to Indian customers.From today morning they have deactivated my account without assigning any reason before doing it. It's very pathetic even after repeated call made to airtel customer care & Airtel Customer care center nothing has been done till yet to restore the connection. Shame on Airtel!!!

I will make sure that I will communicate this to all the people I meet till I get the right response & solution.

Without permission using Contact List and calling ppl
Without Information Bareed the Outgoing & Incoming calls and Now Call Centre PPl Misusing the Contact List and calling them for Paying the Bill when Called Back Sevral Times if some Senior Executive can handle that They Certainly Denied that saying that no senior is appointed.

Wat to do in this Case?

I just Wanted to know that who has given Authority to Misuse the Contact list to Airtel folks. Or it should be Made very clear at the Time of Providing the Connection that in case for some reason u Delayed ur Payment we will misuse ur Contact list .

Regarding call charges
Airtel is the worst worst service i have ever seen.. Ill make more ISD calls from my number. When ever i make call to a mobile isd number ill be definitely charged for that even i did not talk to them.. The costumer care persons are very negligible and they always say only one reason that their servers are down.. From the last 20 days they are saying the same reason.. My advice to the customers is never take an airtel connection, and they should be punished severely..
