Disconnection on connection
I have taken a connection about 15 days back, as a stand by connection. Today they have disconnected it with the excuse that I am not using it regularly. I have taken a connection I will use it how I want they don’t have any right to disconnect the connection.

My MMS settings
I was was given a passcode to access my settings but I'm unable to access the settings. The passcode doesn't work and I was never given a user name. So i haven't been given any settings from the customer services. Infact I think that the customer service is very pathetic. They're not even bothered about what we say they don't even bother to ask if there is any other query that we have. They just drop the call before you could ask them any other question.

Do not Resolve Mobile Office Problem
This is regarding Airtel - Kolkata region, where i have faced a peculiar problem with Airtel Mobile Office. I face Networking problem and I repeatedly Call Customer care for resolve my problem but they give me only Dat and Date and Date from 3rd August to Till date I face the problem but where the Airtel ? Where the Customer care ? my address is Halisahar, Mallickbag colony , P.o Halisahar 24 pgs(N). I am totally Fadeup on Airtel Authority.

Poor service!
I have a lifetime prepaid Connection of the company. Facing the problem of Outgoing calls from last full week. I get my incoming calls when I am in the region near my residence but can not call anywhere. When I move down to Mumabi area ; I neither receive any calls nor could I call anyone.
Previously I have also found that the call charges are being charged with no logic. for the same call and for the same duration sometimes I have been charged Rs.2/- and sometimes Rs. 1/-.
In fact when i am out of local circle i have been charged less.

Horrible Customer care services
AIRTEL has got horrible customer care service. Infact they don't have any customer care divison it seems. One could just keep calling on 121 and there is no response.
Please don't get AIRTEL and make your life hell !

Poor service!
I had subscribed GPRS service from airtel. As service was not effective , I had unsubscribed it. Even after unsubscribing it, AIRTEL has again deducted GPRS charges. I have placed complaints atleast 20 times to their complaint cell(at 121) to refund the money back but they just promise to attend the complaint but till date have not attended it.

Service is very bad!
I have taken a Airtel Broad band connection, People had given me the connections, but the wires were hanging around the street and inside my house, there is service is very poor. I have already called and informed the corresponding person for 1 week and called nearly 10 to 15 times. But their respond is very poor.

Absurd service!
My name is subhash and am using airtel from the past 4 years and nowadays i am finding the service of airtel very worst. They have a scheme called the family and friends offer which i am trying to activate from the past one month but i am getting the reply that this service is not available on your number whereas when i call the customer care they are telling me that this service is available but u can activate it only by calling the toll free number 123 but whenever i am calling this number i am getting the above message. I am really fed with this service but if i choose other service then i will have to change my number which i have been using from many years.

Website not user friendly!
The airtel website does not have an e-mail id or mailbox where the customer can send his complaint to them. Instead they suggest to call the call center. The call center is fully automated and you never get to speak to a real person so you go around in circles.
Very horrible grievance handling cell. I really wonder how Airtel is a member of the global communications agencies when it is not compliant in these areas.

Fraud and cheating!
In the first week of august i received a SMS from Airtel as a promotional offer saying to activate 2000 local & national SMS free @rentals of 49/- send a SMS to 650 with a code "A49SMS" In return i received a SMS from 650 saying that this service is already activated on your account. It was activated on 01.05.07 and got expired on 01.08.07. but, hence, by default it may have got activated for next 3 months also, but when i received the bill for the month of sept- aug, i found that the SMS aren't free but charged. When i called up 121 regarding same matter they said if you have SMS with u, plz go and show it to supervisor and see what can be done. When i went and complained about it, then she said that "nothing can be done." She behaved like Airtel is giving me favor by providing me service. I mailed to nodal officer regarding the same issue and didn't hear from him in 05 days.
