hi,
I am sankar san ray, two month old customer of airtel, my mob no.9958484775, i faced chitting by airtel second time, my last query for game subscription that is not activate by me. but my a/c has deducted many time ! finanaly the problem is resolved, now i faced a fress problem. i have been charged Rs 30/- from my mobile a/c for hellotune subscribtion, where i never active for such kind of services. And try to talk customer care no 121, 198 many time for solve the problem. but i am not abe to talk .even call has been diconnetion before connect to customer care executive, also tried *121# and conformed there is no seevice are activated ! So how shuld it possible that i had charged Rs 30/- for hello tune, i conformed by airtel message.now I want a permanent soluation for the querry, thanks hope for a better resolvation

Unwanted call
I had registered with Airtel Do not disturb more than two months ago. My mobile number is 9663350325. I got the confirmation message from Airtel saying that "your DND preference has been changed to fully blocked. Your registration number is S1044057668.Please allow 7 days for the change to become effective". But even after two months I continue to receive the very annoying call every day. That is too 2 to 3 times a day.
Thereafter I registered complaints a hell lot of times quoting the refernce number S1044057668 in the airtel customer care portal.But all proved fruitless...
Why the hell you want to make the customer hear some nonsense where he doesn’t to want to hear?

Undesirable balance deduction
Dear Service provider,

My mobile number is 9936597487. On 16-05-11 my balance is approximately Rs. 391 but very next day on 17-05-11 my remaining balance is 294.88 at 1 P.M. Whole amount is deducting with massage "you have been charged for ___ amount for using airtel live for ____ kb" in many instance. I have made call to customer care (121 & 198) many time but only two time I am able to talk with customer care executive Pooja, but she is also unabe to resolve my problem and cut the phone after that all the time system was busy.
I am using mobile office pack which is valid up to 27 may 2011 so there is no chance to use airtel live.
Please recredit my account and uninstal airtel live service.

DEACTIVATION
hi
my name is gurpreet singh sandhu athurised person of num (8427233999).
i was out of station of from last 20 days .
i was not able to pay my bill o time .one day my borther called your helpline and want to activate the same .
as he was promising to pay tomorrow .customer care executive said there are special instructions on my number that
my number will not get activation on Promise to pay .my bro get angry and he said than disconnect num.
executive even not think abt this and in revert he said to my bro that he would be getting SR of disconnection .he was

shocked with kind of behaviour and attitude of airtel.
friday i came back and i received call from retention .
the lady said to me that she is from retention process ...
i told to her give me call bac after half an hour ...
she said Ok and after 1 hr she gave me two miss call .my phone was in my hand even i was nt able to pick call .
that was very short mis call .after 3 attempts she forwarded my num to disconnect.
i want to show this is the work airtel is doing .
let me know whether i am thief kind of person .
what you guys think i ''ll remain keep quite .
i want my activation of num asap.otherwise i will be escalating this to consumer court and even i ''ll show to press also

Failed to activate my number after porting
URGENT/Most immidiate

Reference complaint no.: CDAMN20514654482 and CMOPRO30511381802

I switched from Vodafone to Airtel, on 5th May 2011 and received a confirmatory message about the activation of the services on the 10th May 2011. For last 7 days, I am unable to receive or send any call, despite repeated complaints to customer care. Every time the supervisor (Mr Amitabh and Mr Harpreet) informed that the matter will be resolved but there is no result.

I am really surprised, if at this stage I am receiving such a customer care response from Airtel, what type of services you are going to provide in future.

I have provided this number to some important customers from whom I am expecting some business calls. The non receipt of these calls may give me heavy losses. I therefore request an Urgent Action maybe taken to restore my connection without further delay.

UNSATISFIED SERVICE:64 sms card not activated
I charged my number +919179359404 with 64 rs message card 3 days back.. but it hasn’t been activated yet..inspite of my repeated complaints.it was told my problem will b solved by 15th but it hasn’t.my complaint reference number is CBNRA30513100957.I am not forced to complain this to u since customer care numbers that is 198 and 121 both are busy since morning and im unable to contact any of this number.im highly unsatisfied with the service of airtel as this problem is being repeated for the 3rd time within a year..being a old user of airtel I don’t want discontinue your service but if all such nuisance continues Ill be forced to change my portability.atleast the customer care should respond properly or whats the use of it…hope my problem will b solved today itself as im facing great inconvenience and won’t b repeated in future.

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER
AIRTEL DTH is the WORST service provider in the nation. THe take customer on granted they make coustomer to suffer a lot .

Incorrect billing
Reference: 37257956, I have been facing very frustated with the services provided by Airtel. Forget about the ground level advisor it is top management. I have contacted several time to MD of Airtel for getting the issue resolved but without any success. At first reminder there was action and call from Airtel corporate office and assured me that issue would be fixed within 48Hrs. This is almost a month now I am chasing with no success and no communication. This is insult of a customer paying them for services over last 7 years and now I have planned to go to court and also publish all the complaints to newspaper.Just now I had been call with customer care and when asked to handover call to senior the call was dosconnected as I am not ready to wait for 24hrs. This is useless customer service and Airtel should face the heat now...
