Poor service!
I am not able to unsubscribe to picture message service, which got activated accidentally. Money is being daily deducted.
Also I am unable to unsubscribe to missed call alerts.

Useless Service as well Executive!
Despite being paid the bill, airtel has disconnected my telephone without informing me. Last bill i received was an amount of Rs. 3165, which was wrong, also accepted by one of air tel representative called Anjali Chaudhary (124-4005900).
Ms. Chaudhary has called me that you have been given a waiver of amount 600/- and accordingly, next day she sent a representative to collect the payment and i gave a cheque of Rs. 2600/ on the same day to air representative.
Finally, my telephone was restored after 5 days of payment and again after 2 days, it was disconnected without any information. When i contacted their executive, i learnt that I have not been given any wavier and so it was disconnected.
I would like to request any senior official of airtel to justify their action, as i am getting disappointed to call their call center representative, who does not have proper information of previous cases, besides, always prove inability to answer customer question.

Delay/non-performance!
I requested Airtel for shifting my residence phone within GUrgaon on 18th July. Today is 27th July. They have not done so. They claim that if the phone remains dead for more than four hours, they'd pay a compensation of Rs. 100/per hour! I'd be a rich man without a phone if Airtel lives up to its boast (and does not shift my phone).
Long live India Shining. Bharti (owners of Airte) is India's showpiece communication company.Can anyone forward it to Airtel, as when I wanted to complain to a supervisor, I was made to hold for over ten minutes. I lost my patience after that looong hold.
Unfortunate customer of Airtel!

Poor service!
I got a call from 9935012345 stating about some india england series... to get updates... i denied right then and inspite of doing so the service is activated on the number and i was charged rs.99... and the second problem is that i never requested for any hello tunes service and its activated on my number too..and now when i want to deactivate it..they give me such numbers which never connects... all i get to hear is "ALL LINES ARE BUSY PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER"...

Worst network coverage in Hyderabad!
I am using airtel since 8years... till last year it was too good in everything... but this year its network is become worst... and the calls are getting disconnected in between the talk... and some times network is getting shoot up n down like a music visual display...
I think they should just close the company if they doesn't work on it...

Scheme changed without notice!
Using one of leading company in Coimbatore AIRTEL CUG plan for the last 2 years.they changed my without prior notice and charged accordingly. Customer care named jagadees of 98940 10244 is one of the worst i had ever seen giving false commitments for the last 2months. AIRTEL coimbatore will take action for that or they are also interested in this cheating business. My advice is don't use AIRTEL.
I am suggesting my friends not to take AIRTEL (if they want their money).

Unnessary deduction

I am using airtel prepaid card last two years, Last two months they are deduction money from my account name of missed call alert still i didnt subscrib for that....

Cheating customer service!
I had recharged my postpaid card, but still was not working its said number out or service, so when i been to the airtel showroom Pimpri Branch they dint gave me any response of my qurries, so i had to go to chinchwad there i get to know that my number has been already re-cycled, and now they can't even give me the same number.
They told me to buy new number and then they will transfer the my balance on the new number which i recharged on my old number... Now i am just waiting that to happen its been more then a month now.

It is very regretting about to even write a letter or a complain letter about a company which is rated top most companies in INDIA among the telecommunication. I am a user of airtel since three years but i never had a problem of any kind. I was very proud to speak to anyone at any place. But now i have come to a conclusion that i was mistaken or rather probably the quality of service might have gone down. The root problem is not on the part of in any system or technical but rather it is the side of the human which fails to understand the problem of human itself.
The major problem here with the customer executive is that they are in a more hurry than us to solve the problem and at the same time they are in a hurry to cut the call which is just irritating with them. This way a user cannot solve his or her problem.
Now let me explain my problem. My no. is 9980020867 and i am in a college plan.There was an offer on 9th of july where in a recharge of denomination of Rs.135 one will get Rs.165. I was happy and quickly i had recharged it twice but unfortunately i did not get full talktime even. Then after three days again an offer came of making calls all over india anywhere @1 Re/min. The procedure to get activated was to just sms STD89 ACTV to 222 and i did it immediately because i needed it. It was to be activated within 48 hours and i waited for two days but it was not activated.
After this i complain about these two problems to customer care about a no. of times but none have been solved yet. In between i had a no. of problems with customer care executive itself but which i think i don't have further time to share and express inspite of being a student. This might seem to be a small problem for them but not for me.
So beware!

Data card :- Download speed 2-to-3 kbps!
I purchased a data card from Radical Communication in Lajpat Nagar which cost me Rs.4999 which was non-refundable,the sales man was not able to make it run on my laptop and gave me an excuse that they don't have window vista software they told me to go to there okhla branch there they some how managed to run it but i was getting the download speed of 2-to-3 kbps.When i complaint to Radical Communication about the problem they told me to go to there Yusafsarai branch and they send me to another branch and so did the other.I went to 5 branches of there but still i am getting the same problem now i am fed up of them and looking forward to file a case on behalf of consumer forum.
