Fraudulent business practices

I am forced to send this complaint to you as the circumstances are pushing me to do so, to be honest to you I am very upset about a few things which has happened to me recently .
I have prepaid connection. My mobile no is 9932580*** recharge on 16/06/07 with the Rs 300/-. According to Airtel I must get Rs.300/- loc A2A talktime @ 1.99 and also reduced rate for 90 days A2A@30p,A2M@75p,A2L@Rs-1 & STD @1.50 .
This SMS was send on 15/06/07 at 15:02 hrs from +919932029111. Recharge successful on 16/06/07 at 06:37 pm from +919810051905. But I get just Rs 00.00/- only which is ridiculous. I also contact to your customer care executives for the same on 16/06/07 Sourav Ghosh he said within 48 hrs you will get it,Talked to Sujit Saha 20/06/07 But to my astonishment he said we didn't send you any SMS ,Talked to Paramita Ghosh on 21/06/07 she said again we will need 48 hrs, again talked to Roman Christopher on 21/06/07 at 8:20 am he started misbehaving & dropped the call (case id-62101891500).
They couldn't give the satisfactory answer. That's why I make this complain and request to Airtel authorities to solve the problem as early as possible. Hoping your kind anticipation in this regard.

Poor service!
For last 10 days i am calling and approaching Airtel customer care to shift my DSL/ internet connection to my new place. But nobody is bothered. I am frustrated and thinking of going to consumer court.
This is horrible experience.

Cancellation of subscription
I have already sent a message for cancellation of film messages received from 33332. But still i am receiving the messages and amount from my account is being deducted.

Sending bills to another address
Airtel has been sending bills for my mobile no.9815000111 at God knows what address - some address in sector 17,Chandigarh. I have told them several times that my correct mailing (and billing) address is "Siddharth Vyas, house no.310, sector - 35A, chandigarh-160022".
I want they correct my address!

Poor service!
We are using the mobile phone since last three and half years as a gold card activation but surprising the things from airtel people they deliberately disturb the connection when we ask why its happened they simply said that they haven't received the payment basically we drop the cheques as per listing the outlets by the airtel in hyderabad. Kindly the name in the records one name is Apsara foot wear lakdi-ka-pool in hyderabad but also they said we are not received the payment base on that they disconnect the mobile which is very embracing us going on the request to airtel people for reactivation. This is ridiculous for us and kindly verify we are not a single month balance to airtel.

Airtel cheating everyone in India?
Airtel cheating everyone in India? This topic is taken from a community "Micromation Samvad I" of which I am a member. I am putting it here for the wider access, as it concerns many of us. Your immediate response is required to fight out the Airtel highhandedness.
I am using Airtel Connection, for past 3 years I see airtel cheats everyone in India. In such a way they use marketing tactics get customer and cheat them. Now this is new way in India big telephone companies are start cheating. It was my 5th time i was cheated by AIRTEL. There voice billing is malicious. There broadband even if it does not work is billed. They will debar your services off and on, but refuse to discontinue by putting in many legal lacunas. Till that time or even after discontinuation, they will keep on raising bills and later on threat you to file legal suites as well... They are acting like big gangsters forcibly collecting money from customers on some pretext just like gangsters collect "hafta" and other extortions.
Come out openly, if you are also a victim. Let us give them the message that, we will not keep mum...

Charges deducted for Hello Tunes
My father, Mr. Kazal Rekha Das mobile nos. is 9932861746. He is having a lifetime prepaid card of Airtel. He did not subscribed for the Hello Tunes. Then why the Hello Tunes ring tones is given to him with out his knowledge and why the customer is forced to pay the charges for the same forcibly? Why a customer is harassed for this.

No response to customer complaint!
I have applied for new airtel connection. I have applied on 15/6/07 it has been around 5 days but has not been activated yet. When ever i call to the executive for the status he always reply that in an hour it will get activated. The same story occur again and again.

GPRS not work properly!
I am a GPRS user by airtel prepaid connection but GPRS not work properly since 08/06/2007. I contact many time to customer service on 121 but my problem are not solved. Because of GPRS problem I am loosing Financially & mentally.

Deducted amount without any prior notification
Today morning I got message that VAS download is done and 173/- is deducted from my account. With out any prior notification this was done. Even i don't aware of VAS at all.
For what sake they are doing like this!!!
