New connection delay
I am started a software concern in chennai at west tambram, i had booked the telephone & broadband connection on 10.11.2006, still now they didn't give the connection but they allotted the number 04442044412 and the number is ringing, because of this delay in connection, i had a heavy loss in my business. i m not interested in other broadbands and telephone lines, but Airtel need to care more about their customers.

Not activating my PIN number!
Interested in the new opening of AIRTEL in America,I bought a 10$ card to call to India.Immediately after entering all my credit card details they didn't hesitate even a second to take my 10$ from my account but they didn't even care to respond to my 'n' number of e-mails for not sending my PIN number..I think my 10$ is lost in bay.....Even though it might appear a very small amount, people should be careful in buying their airtelcall home cards.I would appreciate if anybody could clear this problem.Interestingly,their customer free service number and their e-mail address is only for their staffs I suppose...I am tired of hearing the engaged sound whenever i call the toll free number..Will my problem be solved??????

Double charge from Airtel!
I have been charged twice as every other customer. I wanted my money back. I have asked the customer service guy, he says that I can dispute the transfer with the customer care people. I don't understand their concept. No one is responsible for our money. The web site is a crap and I don't know about the service, I am skeptical about using it. The user name is created by the website and it is a crap. Some number they decide.

Waste of money. File complaint against this company!
as we all know this service is a waste and they are just taking our money for free and not providing us any service for our money..... we do not even have any way to contact them ..... i just filed a complaint with FTC - federal trade commission .. they can not cheat consumers here ... i encourage you all to file complaint against this company ...u can file at 2 different places. one with ur respective state agency and FTC ..please do it .....

Airtel activating connection without verification with fake id!
My name is Dr. yogesh malhotra having cell no : sir there is person named manoj who previously work in ailtel as a coordinator of connect in matrix processing house, gurdev nagar pakhowal road, ludhiana and from whom we got connection he used my identity proof and got connection in my name for which no verification is done by ur agency. we came to know when we got call from airtel about non payment of bill of number 9815700553, so i told them that i have no such connection and bar the number. Then somehow i came to know about this person and then i call him and he agree to pay the money. when i again meet him he told that i pay the bill by check and it take some time in procedure. After a week we again got the phone from ailtel that bill is not paid. So i again contact him then came to know that he is not presently working there in office. I got his address from ailtel : Manoj Arora , 13812, street No. 2 , Parbhat nagar, Dholawal. ludhiana, i did not go there because i dont know how he will react as he already left the company.

I am doctor by prof. and did have much time to follow him. please tell me what to do. If anyone want to have no. u call him and verify address many time then how this can this happen so it not possible without internal involvement of the person in company.

You have detail of phone calls made by him and u already have bank check through which he had done payment. I also got notice from advocate this is quite humiliating and harrasing for me as someone came in my clinic and tell that u have court notice for non payment of bill and this all happen in front of my patient. This is quite insulting.

Outgoing barred without a reason

I have subscriber to your service one month back and my outgoing calls are bared due to exceed in my credit limit. As per my information my credit limit is 1000 and my usage was approx. 500 Rs. Without any previous information my outgoing calls are bared. When I have called the Call center four time and I have got junk answers from your executives.

When I have asked why my outgoings are bared without informing me I have got the answer twice we have made a call and twice I have got the answer that there was no calls made.

I have got the same answer when I have visited your Airel brand in Sahar mall. and they told me its our mistake and there was no calls made to inform you.

Since my credit limit is 1000 and my usage is 500 why the outgoing calls are bared without informing. Why there was no call/SMS from you to inform me about this.

I have asked the Airtel office sahar mall peoples to provide me the complaint number they told me that you will get the SMS with the complaint number, but unfortunately I have not received and details.

Withdrawn money without intimating
I have closed my AIRTEL connection (AndraPradesh circle) 9866343851 on Nov 2 2006 after paying back all the dues in cash. The original connection was a postpaid and was payed through ECS past two years + . These idiots after closing the connection for paying the cash they have withdrawn the amount again from my ECS bank account on Dec 2nd. In spite of repeated mails and communication, there is no answer from airtel till date. no one is really bothered to reply to my mail 121@air**** . The customer service is so pathetic trust me. Never ever take an airtel connection in the life.

Incoming calls blocking!
I am a holder of the Airtel pre-paid card. For the past one-week my incoming calls have been blocked. On contacting AirTel executive at customer care I was informed that this was due to the reason that my card was not verified. I had been contacted for verification prior to this and had given AirTel executive my address and had set a time for him to meet me and collect the required documents, however he did not turn up then and yesterday also on talking to your executive I again fixed a time for him to collect the documents today. But as before no one turned up. The blocking of my incoming calls without any prior notice is causing me a lot of inconvenience.

Making fool of customers!
I got two Airtel connections of Airtel and so as my colleagues. The executive told us that it is a corporate connection and we will not be charged if we make calls in the group and we can also send SMS between the group. He also told us that we can make STD calls at a cheaper rate when compared to others. but to our surprise we found that our connections were not corporate and we were billed heavily. Many of us sent many mails and called the Airtel customer care, but it was of no use. So we decided to not to pay the bill amount until and unless it is billed appropriately under corporate connection rates. These people do anything to sell their products. They play all this type of cheap tricks to sell their products and if we do not pay the bill they send notices. Something must be done to stop this kind of activities.

Not able to send messages for the past 1.5 months!
I am using airtel connection from past 3 years, till now i was satisfied with its services. But from 27.10.2006, i am not able to send messages to any number. I am registering a complaint at customer care every 72 hours. Because every time i call they simply say we have registered your complaint sir, within next 48 to 72 working hours your problem will be solved. Now i feel i am getting harassed for this, they did not bother about any complaint, neither their executives could satisfy the customer nor their complaints.

Now i am not finding any way out but to change my mobile connection. I never wanted to change my number but airtel is forcing me to do so.
