we were having 6 months planed and without informing the plan was changed into monthly plan . And even we got the wrong bill. we are not getting proper services even after complaining . AND YOUR INSTRUMENT WAS ALSO making lot of problem AND U DINT change even after so many complains.

I am from VIZAG. my mobile no is 9963843846. on 02/04/2011. i made a easy rechage of rs 125, after getting my balance, I got a message saying cricket pack has been activated in your account and Rs 50 has been deducted from your account for the same. then at the same time i called to customer care then they deactivated that cricket pack and assured me that your money will be refunded in 01 hour. After 01 hour my money has not been refunded but they deactivated my customer care services till now i am not being able to make any contact with your representative, on 06/04/2011 by using another handset i called customer care and asked for a senior representative to solve my problem but till now my money has not been refunded,

I am prepost customer of airtel. I am residing at H.N. 1003, Sector 5, Kurukshetra, my mobile no is 09729760004. I am facing a serious problem regarding Network at my above said address and airtel is not listening to my problem. Moreover, they are charging for call on customer care.

CUTOFF MY BALANCE WTHETHER IHAVE NOT USE AIRTEL LIVE MUCH MORE THAT HE DISPLAY ME .IHAVE NOT USE MORE NET BT MY BALANCE IS CUT AND NOT REFUND

I am using AIRTEL prepaid connection. I have internet package balance and SMS pack as well. When I am sending messages from SMS pack, main balance is not supposed to be reduced. Every day I charge and immediately my charged amount is being coming to zero when I am using the SMS services. I do not have any other services active.
First of all, getting the customer care executive online is a tough job on AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE which is worst in the country. With most difficulty, I could catch them after my continuous trails of 2 hrs and she admitted that and my main balance is getting deducted even without using calls. As she can't do, call was transfered to her supervisor and for the next 20 min he did not come online. Then I had to cut the call.
This is one type of cheating and AIRTEL has started a bad practice of looting people. If any AIRTEL executive can verify my complaint of ( 8374778839) fom Hyderabad.
I would be grateful if any one can solve this issue as I am unable to reach to AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER
