i recharged my balance of 333ruppes, since few days ago 5/-per day is deducting from my balane. i complained three times, they say if it is illegel i will return ur money, even after, they are not taking any action and deducting my balance.my mobile no is 9932280436

I have recharged my mobile 8085596949 on wednesday 13 july, 2011 with rupee 30 (as i dont have much money at that time). which i need ugently to call my brother who is suffering from severe fever in Delhi. But airtel has deducted that money for some HELLO TUNES which they have activated WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. so i am not able to call my brother which give lots of tension and frustration. who can A big company like airtel cheat people openly. please give my money back with compensation. ptherwise i will go to consumer court. i am very very angry with all this.

I have observed on 7th july that thier is continuous deduction of 1/2 rs daily on calling customer care they said that some service was active on my no. Whereas I not got any msg regarding so and even after request of stoping the service till now 13july they have not stopped it and continuously deducting my amount and even after continuous complain they are neither doing any action nor stopping deduction. And now almost 1year has passed and this things are happening continuously.

there was a reduction of rs 45 from my balance on 12 july 2011 at 1400 hrs for some hello tune service which i had not asked for. on complaining the customer care representative did not pay heed to it and disconnected the call.

I have given request from my Postpaid to Prepaid on 7th July, and I have cleared my outstanding as communicated by Airtel Executive. As per process known, number from postpaid to prepaid in Airtel takes 24 hrs time, but till now no response.. When I had a talk with customer care they have no updation of Postpaid to Prepaid.. I am in very critical time.. No solution till now. My mobile number is 9897025373.
