Dear Sir
I had one phone no. 9007005704 in my name KARAMJIT KAUR vide relation no.1020895906. I had applied to migrate from post paid to prepaid. I had visited at your ARC at Bhupen Bose Avenue, KOLKATA, WB. but without any result.On dt. 11/02/2011 your collection agent visited at my add. After much negotiation an amt of Rs. 500 ( five hundred only) was finalised which I paid on the spot vide receipt no.WBO/2075944 and a new sim card for prepaid connection was given to me. As I had already destroyed the old sim there is no scope of using postpaid connection but I am still receiving the bill. Today I again paid visit to your ARC to submit complaint instead they gave me your e-mail id to submit my complaint. So please look into the matter and close this chapter.

hi,
Initially i had opted for advance rental broadband scheme, which says pay 5-months bill in advance and get 6th month free internet usage.
At the end of 6th month i got a call from customer care and they asked me whether to continue with advance rental plan or the normal plan...
I confirmed that i will go with advance rental plan and i'm ready to pay 5-months rent in advance...
when i was expecting the bill of 5-months advance scheme, , to my surprise i received a bill of 931Rs.
since then i'm calling customer-care but they are not responding properly...some say u have to pay the bill...some say it has been activated from next month so you have to pay this month bill...but the fact is it has been activated on 28th of feb only...please take necessary action and resolve this issue as soon as possible...

not satisfied with service
sir i gave a feedback 6 days before in this board and so a person from mobile no +919717894317 called me and he said that he will take necessary steps to clear my problem but till today(2 days) they did not take any steps to solve my problem if i contact that number and ask they too repeating the same statement. i am very disturbed mentally .so i tried to change my network using portability option to AIRCEL network and gave my proof and filled statement regarding my network change . AIRTEL is not allowing to do that too . a message from aircel stating that (Dear customer, YOur request of mobile number portability is reject by Bharti Airtel (GSM)due to there are subsisting contractualobligation from the subscriber agreement ). WHAT SHALL I DO. I AM VERY ASHAMED TO BE THEIR CUSTOMER.plz give me the necessary idea to chane my network to AIRCEL. i dont like to be a airtel customer.i dont like to accept any type of compramise from airtel.

Balance Deduction and No Help from Airtel Customer Care
Hi,
I am using Airtel Number 9997660881. Today I accessed GPRS on my handset for 2 minutes and data transferred is about 300KB. And I am charged Rs. 21.60 for this. My Airtel Connection belongs to UP (West) and currently I am in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. I called 121 and the customer care executive asked to contact 198. I, then contacted 198 and the person on the line told me, they do not have my information and asked me to contact Airetl UP (West) Customer Care. I tried UP(West) customer care a couple of times, but can't get through the welcome message. Further they charged Rs. 5.40 for that and NO HELP.
Since I am roaming, they are not providing any help.

poor and slow services
Dear sir, I am tired of airtel poor and slow broadband services, inspite of paying so much money am not getting good services in return.hence, i want to disconnect this poor connection.everytime i complain, engineer come and check and after that for few hours it works well.but after that same poor services.I've taken plan of 999/-, but bill comes of around 1500.and inspite of that half of the time landline remains dead.please kindly disconnect. I never expected such poor services from airtel, and i dont want airtel services now.kindly diosconnect as soon as possible.

420 cheating
Hi,
I was offered a dsa from airtel benson town bangalore, I was made to cough up 25, 000 for it last year (i.e) july 2010 and its been almost a year there s no sign of refund or anything from them.. each and every executive is a cheat, not to forget even the zonal manager, all these people work hand in glove. never ever have any sort of tie up with airtel, bloody cheats
