Problem for outgoing international calls
Hi,
I have aitel prepaid sim card but I am not able make ISD calls, its been activated it ask for password I am unaware of it.
Please help me,

Speed of Internet
I am using Airtel Broadband From 2006 under 399 unlimited plan. Now from two months my service provider slow down its speed after sending a message on my mobile that you have reached your high speed data limit. My airtel No. is 01804013602

sir, i had activated 10 rs.net offer yesterday at 9 pm. however by 12 am my offer ws deactivated and even before i got de msg abt deactivation, my account balance of 37 rs ws debited.so i kindly ask for my refund..

sir i have a airtel no. of haryana circle.it is issued on my cousions id now they were not there and airtel send me a sms to re subbmit my id... can this no will continue on my id proof?????

Paid service activated wrongfully
I would like to bring to you attention that I bought a new Airtel SIM number/card (9963335173) today morning (March 25, 2010) . I was told that it would be activated after few hours. I put in the sim card for the first time at around 2:30 PM and within 15 minutes I received an sms saying "Your subscription to Airtel Friend Locator has been renewed. You have been charged Rs 10 for 10 days". I did not do anything to subscribe to such service and more surprisingly it said "renewed" which is absurd because this is a new sim that i just bought. As soon as put my SIM I dialed 198 to make some enquiry and then dialed one personal number. Within those few minutes got the above mentioned sms. I immediately called 198 and spoke to Mr. Vijay who told me that Rs 10 would be credited back to me within few minutes. He assured me of the same.
It has been about 1 and half hours and I still have not got my balance back. Why am i being cheated of my money like this? Is this what I deserve after choosing to be an Airtel customer? How is it possible that i subscribe to a paid service as soon as I put my new SIM card for the very first time? I feel very cheated and disillusioned by all this. I request you to kindly credit back Rs 10 as soon as possible and ensure that this service is not activated again.

My phone no. is 01147540846 and my account no. is 16432509 .i have got airtel connection 10 days before. till now my file has not been updated in airtel. i hav also paid Rs.500 to salesman. My net is working but phone is not working. Salesman told me about a wrong net plan... PLEASE HELP ME.

can not sent sms and can not call customer care
My messages are not sent from my airtel number since last night and when today in the morning I tried to call customer care several times, the call gets cut at the moment when the computerized voice says the call is bring transfered to customer care executive. This is annoying and moreover it said I have exceeded the number of trial to the customer care. to connect to call somebody I have to dial at least 5 times before its connected. why do they have customer care service if they are not willing to serve people?

SMS PACK NOT WORK
I HAVE BEEN FACING THE PROBLEM FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS . SMS PACK DOES NOT WORK EVERY MONTH AFTER THE LAPSE OF 10-12 DAYS .EVEN AFTER THERE IS BALANCE IN THE SIM..
