not providing port no.
even after clearance from TRAI for mobile no. portability, airtel is blocking port no. which is required for switch over to other mobile service provider. even after messaging more than 25 times to 1900, and visiting customer care centers, airtel staff is not cooperating. airtel is blocking and purposly harassing the existing subsciber for not transfering their number to other service provider. can anyone guide me to come out from above said problem.

faulty billing and rude service
dear Sir,
i have been charged for services i have not asked for such as caller tune and when the home colllection bill service was stopped i was not informed hence incurred a late fee due to no fault of mine. when i called the customer complaint i was spoken to very rudely and the exec hung up on me. i wld appreciate an immmediate calll from the service provider . thanks

falls commitment
They given offer as airtel to airtel -20ps/minute, airtel to others 30ps/min and 100 sms free/daily while porting from other service provaiders on 24/01/2011 at shimoga airtel office(9845477772 and 9008017917) to below numbers
9916562999 and 9379248003.
They r not given the above offer and they giving falls commitment daily saying, It will be done in 24Hrs,
Pls solve immediately.

Mobile Number Portability
My have applied my Aircel Postpaid Mobile Number for MNP in Airtel on 24th of Jan, 2011. Aircel has disconnected my number but it is not switched over to Airtel yet. Customer Care is saying we can't do any thing until your number is registered with Airtel. Today, it 3rd day that my Mobile number is switched off. Such a poor service from Airtel that the Airtel Office Incharge, where I have submitted the Documents don't even know the reason where the problem exists. They are just making silly excuses that I have not paid the bill, etc.
If the Telecom Companies don't know the procedure for the MNP, they why is service is launched, just to make people fool.

my unwanted connection
dear sir i have only one connection of airtel fixed line but in my bill it shows that i have two connection but this is wrong i have only one connection of airtel fixed line and you also calls us daily to pay the payment of my unwanted connection i will not pay my unwanted connection bill so kindly solve my problem quickly

balance deducted and service subscribed without asking
My no. is 9810470539... i m using this number from 6 years.
I have not sent any message on my number to
activate any services and from two weeks my balance deducted for cricket news service
But I dont know how these service on my airtel prepaid number stared and
also i m not know these services activated on what time.
Please check my airtel number detail and solve my query.
i also called to custemer care executive...but it seems to be busy all the time when i call...im trying customer care from two weeks..
Please Refund my balnce and Stop these services.
will you ask first before activatins of that type of services.
i hope my request will fullfilled by you.

regarding mnp
i mr prem sagar panda got a call from airtel customer care to port into airtel from my reliance number 7735031090 & they promised me also dat i ll be getting the services of airtel within24hrs.although its already 8days past submitting my documents, mnp form, airtel hasnt resumed the services till now.so i request you to kindly resolve this matter within 24hrs or else i ll inform the reliance customer care to cancel my port out request or i may also switch over to other network.SO I SINCERELY REQUEST YOU NOT TO BIAS THE CUSTOMERS IF U CANT FULFIL THEIR DREAMS.thanking you.

Airtel - Something Wrong
Hi
Last month i posted about the issue that i m facing i m unable to locate the url ... I recd call again from airtel saying that there is a case on me and tomo is hearing i don't understand is that my fault loosing a bill for which i paid and thy are asking me to pay for that. (Who will update it)
Actual : I m the customer of Airtel and i have shifted to different place where airtel connection is not available ...i didnt paid the bill for 2 months and later airtel executive came to collect the bill i cleared the dues and closed the connection, . the mistake i did is i didnt saved that receipt and i didnt contacted back airtel.
After a year + i recd call on dec 8th 2010 saying that i didnt paid the bill and there was a case on me some one called from delhi highcourt sec 6 --- i don't understand that as its been a year + I posted the same thing here on jan and recd a reply from airtel saying that issues has been closed and today again i recd a call from below mentioned no and same thing again ... i dont understand why it was happening

Connection disconnected twice
1-Purchased a Airtel prepaid sim card on 10.01.11
2-I have submitted all the necessary documents on 10.01.11.
3-My sevices got disconnected on 30.01.11 and my service provider has asked me to submit all the documents again.
4-I had to submit all the documents on 08.02.11 for the second time.
5-My services remain disconnected on 09.02.11 & 10.02.11 .
I have been harassed by the service provider and for which i want to complain

IVR problems
Hi,
I have just bought a new number with a leading mobile service provider here in india.The network i get is working fine.I am here specifically to point out the disfunctional IVR service provided by Airtel.
I have been trying to get through the IVR to talk to a customer service professional but without any results, The IVR is not capable of registering the right numbers i feed.It keeps me looping back repeatedly.I am not sure how can i talk to someone on the customer service end.They are charging me for a caller tunes service without my consent.I would like to stop the service and hence i am trying to reach someone to deactivate the service.
Hope this issue comes across the Airtel customer service team.
