	Sandeep Goyal October 21, 2010 PRI Lines customer services We are working on our new office, got more than 20 calls from different airtel persons on my mobile for offering PRI lines and nobody has been able to submit the offer. they just keep calling. When I called to 121 for proper guidance on PRI, they said someone would call after doing the feasibilty check. They called but they called for broadband and not for PRI. I have also sent an email to 121 but no response yet. I do not know how does their system works? Do you know someone in Gurgaon who can help in PRI line connection with some knowledge

	kaduk October 20, 2010 Re: personal hi, last day i got a message from airtel for submitting my address proof and id, else they will disconnect my mobile connection.When i contact the nearest airtel office, they said that application form for submitting id and address proof is not avilable here.So please send me the desired aplliaction form if you have. thanks and regards vinu jayakumar [email protected] 9895784331
	KAPIL BRIJMOHAN KHANNA October 20, 2010 EXORBITANT BILL I was intimated on my mobile that my current bill is Rs 16281/- ..which is exorbitant...unbelievable and greatly hypothetical..I had already raised the complaint 131714..on OCT 2ND 10 and was told that the same would be addressed and resolved till 11th October.I came in the country on september 4th...I had been complaining from overseas that your engineer had disabled the wireless router password when he changed the modem and my connnection was being stolen...Inspite of that I paid the bill of 1685/- so as not to have unnecessary hassles...and to have smooth transition of plan to unlimited... Also, I had intimated and already been continuosly requesting Airtel since earlier month and from 4th September to change my bill plan to swift 1099 unlimited and put the password protection as I feared that my connection was being used by somebody else. Neither anybody called me or addressed the problem of the delay in the plan change..It was only after my call on Sept 17 evening that the same was confirmed to me...The first mail regarding the confirmation was sent to me on 20th Sept... Inspite of regular reminders and complaining it was delayed action that caused this situation..and I will take no responsibility of the same...I already suffered from delayed work projects due to to your delayed action and now you are slapping this bill on me which I am not going to accept..STILL AS OF TODAY THERE HAS BEEN NO ACTION AND REPLY FROM AIRTEL but frequent calls for paying the bill.

Sir, I have a Sim Card which i didnt used for months together and i m not able to recall my phone no moreover i dont have any balance left in my mobile so that i can give a missed call or sms or call up airtel customer care as its chargable & i dont have any balance left . i tried calling customer care form other phones but once did i get connected with the customer care n the information give by them is not of any help " Dial *1#" from a nokia handset n i ll be able to get my no but it didnt work . hance if u could provide me with my phone no . 	himachi October 19, 2010 Worst Service we are bought the two CUG postpaid sims in Airtel Tirupur Branch. ( Kumaran Road, Opp Maniam Classic Hotel ). Tommorrow the sim activated . But after 1 week the outgoing calls are cut. only incoming. after two days it was ready.we call to sumathi and ramachandran, both ask me it was a verification problem. ok. after one week again the same problem. the out going calls are barred. after two days incoming calls also barred. today our sim is compared to toy. not useful. this reason will create the bad name to my company. parties are not trust to my firm. because our contact numbers are untrusted. so we call to ramachandran and sumathi both are not responding this problem. both persons are not to take care of this. but we need solution to this problem. so please forward this complient to Airtel head office and take the actions immediately. 	Akshay Mardia October 18, 2010 customer care the worst ever customer care..not able to rectify my problems from past two months and give false promises..they have blocked my number also so that i cannot call the customer care..even the manager over there cannot do anything..his name is ganesh..they take 24 hours of time and never respond..it been 2 months i am facing a problem..
	Vivekmohan October 17, 2010 Wrost service of Airtel ever I am very disappointed by the service offered by Airtel and the worst is that no body is there to listen, all gives you the false statements. Customor Care service is wrost I had ever seen. Need to fired all current customer care excecutive and placed with new one.
