unreasonable charging
I am a customer of Airtel from last 5 -6 years. Once there was a time when Airtel was so confidant about there bills, at that time they were stamping on their bills REWARD OF Rs/-1000 ON BILLING MISTAKE.
But now a days they are also cheating as the other low grade companies.
I am using Airtel GPRS. On 1st August company deduct 35 Rs/- . As per company's customer care the reason was using of Airtel live. I aproach to senior officer, they refund my deduced amount.
Now on Aug 21.2010 again deduct my Rs 63.80 on the name of Airtel live charges.
The companies have full right to deduct amount from customers account whithout any proof. On complaining they blame to customer. What can I do now ? Please suggest me!!

connectivity
i would like to introduce the worst and care less service provider called them selves as AIRTEL. From past 15 days i am unable to reciive calls from airtel network as i am using airtel. Daily i am comlaining about this problem but the bludy people are not taking any response pls any one help me to salve this problem

network pblm
i hav use airtel sim card in 5 years.but here threr is a pblm in n/w providing.In my near village they hav airtel tower.pblm on that they should increase signal level up to my village.my vilage nearlly 50 airtel customers.

identification proof
Dear sir,

I am very much upset with airtel service provider and its verification department, since (four years and above) i have my airtel prepaid connection i have already submitted my identifiction proof more then five times, but still in a interval of 7-8 months i get call from airtel customer care to submit my identification proof, otherwise yours airtel connection will be stopped. and i had to submit and when i ask them whats the reason behind, they say that verfication is for every airtel customer but i have many friends here with prepaid connection they dont get any call regarding verfication or submission of identification proof so, i dont understand what is happening.
Either this people are not doing any work just collecting the identification proofs and putting it in dust bin.and again after some months they call back to same customer and harrasing him or her.
what i mean to say once you are verified there is nothing to verify after several months or year.

Gprs
Connction is dead form past 15 days.
Calling customer care keeps on giving new complaint no.
There no progress regarding the complaint, and soon the validity will be over.

asking for documents again and again.which i submited 2 months ago and having the reciept .
I AM consumer of airtel . i was using the airtel network services from 2007, in june 2010 company gve me a call asking for my documents again. I submitted the documents at the airtel office MALL ROAD and they give me a reciept and told me that if there comes a call from airtel you must show this SERIAL NO. which was on the receipt copy. after 2 months there comes a call asking for the same documents which i already submitted.

I will neither use the service henceforth and nor recommend it to any one
I have been a Airtel customer since 2007 and have been using a prepaid card since 2008. Airtel has been notorious about activating some value added services without consent and overcharging ever since. Although repeated complaints have been made the customer service representatives seem very irresponsible, rude and careless. They neither provide any suggestions or take any action for complaints previously filed. I have been paying for services that have been activated without my knowledge for a very longtime. I am very disappointed and angry at the quality of customer service provided by Airtel. I will neither use the service henceforth and nor recommend it to any one.
