Respected Sir / Madam,

Iam R.Srinivasan 25 yrs male from Chennai North Madipakkam herewith submitting my Complaint

My Mobile Number - 99520 43593 My Service Provider is AIRTEL
I've Recharged for Rs.155/- on 12th August 2010 evening 17:45 hrs ., From the Date to till, my Main Balance Acmount is Vanishing by Airtel Customer Care peoples. They replied me that Iam Using Mobile Office in my HTC P3400i Mobile and for that they've Voluntarily Dedected nearly Rs.55/- from me

But I've never used Mobile Office in my HTC P3400i Handset. This is an Injustice thing done to me by Airtel
I'll not Leave this. I'll take this issue to Consumer Court

Its cheating the customer and hiding the information that the discount is not activated
I was about to cancel my Airtel connection and to retain the customer they offered me 10% discount on monthly bill for 6 consecutive months and I agreed for that offer. So I again stated using and later after a month I did not see any discount on my bill. I called the customer care executive and they told me that because of some reason it not activated and they will activate now for further six months but they are not ready to give me the discount for that month.

Its cheating the customer and hiding the information that the discount is not activated.

I am very frustrated with this Airtel connection
I am very frustrated with this Airtel connection because i took this connection 1.6 year back and recently one day suddenly i'm unable to call to any number and i called to customer care number and those ppl told they have activated Call barring because my address proof which i submitted is not enough or wrong again i have to submit and without intimating me those ppl how come they activated call barring service i asked the same question to them then the seconda time on the same day i was unable to contact customer service also because those ppl blocked [ after pressing 9 It is saying something instead of directly routing that to customer care and after that call is automatically disconnecting ] me those are not at all concerned with customers . I submitted again all the docs required and after few 2 days back suddenly from afternoon onwards it is showing as no service i tried but it is showing as SIM REGISTRATION FAILED. What the heck those ppl thinking that customer will stick to you ppl only . Now a days ever body providing better offers than AIRTEL that to in my home i'm not at all getting the signal i have rush out if i get a call to speak.

That's why now a ppl are not preferring AIRTEL btr to take some other sim. AIRTEL Which don't have signal and at the same time bad customer service.

This was one message and I was charged Rs. 10.0n 13/8/2010. I did not subscribe to this service.

This was another message and I was charged Rs. 30.0n 06/8/2010. I did not subscribe to this service also.

After arguments with the Customercare@airtell got the Rs. 10 refunded, but my call was charged Rs 1.50 for no fault of mine.

I could not contact 50100 till today, even after trying hundred times.
Can you penalise the company for such cheating and get me the money back along with Rs 1.50 charged for their own cheating system?

Ther may be thousands of people beeing cheated without beeing noticed.

On 22nd i called up 121 customer service and i requested Ankoor to stop my hello tune and he said that my request has been ecepted and my hello tune is turned off.

And today in the morning i get a message that Rs 20 is deducted from my account for hello tune which i stoped yesterday. and when i called back a guy put me on hold for 5 min and then hung up on me and after that when i am trying tocall i am not able to contact them.

I have experienced this a manyer times. And this has also cost me my job once.

Disconnected me without any reason
My name is Chetan Sharma, i was using your airtel connection since last 6-7 years, bus suddely airtel company disconnect my connection with this action, i got very dis appeare from your service, they axcuse me, that our identy proof is not present there. although ihv provided last year also to your representative, who collect all my documents from my own residence.

when i appreoach your office at cheema chawk office, than they ask me to purchase a duplicate no worth Rs/-75, which ihv been purchased on the same day on 28-10-09, but till now no action has been taken. so kindly take some strict action on this so that i can use my old no.

Beware public before you get the connection of airtel
On 09 sep I took airtel USB modem connection from Baroda (Fategunj office). The customer service agent told me they have the coverage in my area and my network will get started on 12 sep. They said you will be able to use ur internet from 12 th onwards. It got started on 12th, but the coverage I am getting in my area is 22 % where in ahmeadabad it showing 99%..I was kept in dark about the feature of voice chatting(not possible with the modem they have enthrusted over me) which was my main crirteria of getting the connection as I from abroad calling my parents who in baroda in mobile is quite a expensive task...till date I am not able to voice chat. Airtel in baroda atleast doesn't have such features.If this the the way airtel is giving its service..God Save its customer!!!..Beware public before you get the connection of airtel ..atleast the internet connection sorry to say has a very poor network and customer agent are not knowing their own product ..AIRTEL and its features!! I am disheartened with this whole episode of calling those agts and making them understand!! Let Airtel ask for charity if it needs money.Let it not cheat people like this way!! As I know, we are earning our money thru' hard work...

Airtel is robing money in all forms

Jagdish Prasad Meena, a Third Year B.tech. student at IIT Kharagpur felt a number of problem in series one after another.At first i thought that it abd luck or minor technical error which may have occurred but now i acn, t tolerate this nonsense of this money making Buffalo with no milk just black color.
1. I had a sim-card of Rajasthan state, i get to know that there is Rs.5 Daily pack in which i would get 9 Std/local min .
I get my sim recharged, although it was in roaming.I called through it but i doen't got the benefits which are supposed to be. I contacted customer care and he said that your plan doesn't worked because your sim was in roaming. I may agree to him but IF IT WAS ALREADY KNOWN THAN WHY THE PLAN GET CHARGED BALANCE. WHY THEY ARE AMKING MONEY BY JUST MAKING FOOL.
2. Toay, 12 aug 2010, I made call to my home at phone no-09928745714, it get connected as timing started but NO VOICE came to me neither it is received by called person(my parents), which was confirmed later on by message.
ME and MY PARENTS both have the same service provider THE AIRTEL, which doesn't take responsibility of when i called customer care(at RS 0.50 per min).I CALLED THREE TIMES AND THIS HAPPENED REPEATEDLY which in fact causes both worry to my parents and me and a unrest.

I here by complaint against the same, the AIRTEL for disrespecting the service and taking Extra charges(even if responsible for error is itself).

I am [suresh kumar godara s/o hansraj godara ]a resident of vpo sherekan, ward no-07, teh-tibbi, dist-hanumangarh[rajasthan] mobile no-9799300801.

Actually I never get the network of airtel connection at both the above places so whoever and whenever tries to contact me, not able to connect me because of network problem.network is veary slow at about last tharty days

This problem is not only with me but my friends are also having same problem.
