0120-6490688 not approachable from Rourkela & Bhubaneshwar using airtel no 9910378046
I have Tata Walky no 0120-6490688 installed at my residence 1404, Dhaulagiri Tower, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, India. I also have a Airtel mobile connection no. as 9910378046.
In the month of 27-30June’10, I was at Rourkela and further I was at Bhubaneshwar from 27-30 july’2010.
While dialing TataWalky no. from my Mobile from Rourkela, the message used to be “Please check the no. you have dialed” and I was unable to call residence from Airtel mobile whereas my wife was able to contact me .
Last month, I was at Bhubaneshwar from 27-30 July’2010. The same problem occurred again and I was not able to contact residence using my above said Airtel mobile. The message was same this time also i.e. “Please check the no. you have dialed”.However, my wife was able to contact me.
These cellular operators simply make a fool of their customers when any technical problem come. Hope this problem may get solved.

NAME CHANGE
I am coustomer of AIRTEL since 2003. I have two connection on my name and I am the only person who pay all my AIRTEL bills. In End of 2009 AIRTEL change the ownership of my cellular number. They are telling that this is the company paid account since 2003. If I want to make any change in my account like roaming, scheme transfer or any thing they want a application from the company own it. Actually I am the owner of that number and I have proof for it. I want it in my name how can I get it in my name..

No service, no call backs, no understanding
For the past 3 days, I have been trying to activate the Blackberry service and the GPRS service on my Nokia E 90 device but to no avail. I have been calling the AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE and AIRTEL BLACKBERRY CUSTOMER CARE people everyday and after every few hours and have to repeat my story to them again and again. I get the same reply that the services would be activated within 4 hours.. but it has already been 3 days... after getting replies and replies that it would start within 4 hours... People in the CUSTOMER CARE tell me that they would call me back but again I never get a call back and so I have to call again and again after a few hours. Each employee in the Customer Care Center has a different story to tell and they all give different reasons !! They dont even bother to write down what I have requested to them. I dnt understand Is this what the CUSTOMER CARE is all about? .. NO SERVICE.. NO CALL BACKS.. NO UNDERSTANDING.. NO REPLIES!!! I would seriously request you to get back to me regarding this and solve my problem!!!

The customer care executives disconnect the line intentionally during the conversation. the also start uttering words like Thanks for calling with any reason & then disconnect the line more over none of the genune complaints are sorted out properly.

Harassment and torture from Airtel
I was not able to pay my bill before due date.The bill amount was Rs693 only.For that they harassed, totured me so much.Even after saying i would pay it in 2 weeks, they continued to harass me.Is this service of No.1 mobile company liable?

According to the new scheme, Facebook Is free on Airtel Mobiles. I have an airtel, But still, I cannot avail the services. I have complained It to the customer care Helpline 121, And was promised a solution, But got none. For my number, Contact me on My ID. [email protected] ! Thanks..!

I am facing lots of problem in communicating with my family
Anitosh Shrma is one of the employee from bharti Airtel. He came for door to door marketing of airtel postpaid card. he had not given the full information at time of giving the Airtel post card. I am following him by calling on his mobile number but he is not receiving my phone. Actully he dont have the full knowledge of what all doccuments require for an connection of airtel postpaid card. He told that for address verification you need not to present at home, so i kept my all doccuments in home. The address verification done twice but my card goes in negative verification. after that i visited to airtel office to enquiry that why my card is not active then i get to know that for address verification i need to present in the house. for this total activity i loose my more than 1 month, i am facing lots of problem in communicating with my family.

Documents Submitted but disconnected - 7259235921
Hi,
I took a Airtel pre-paid connection 40 days back and it was activated the day 2nd. But from past 2 weeks my connection has been disconnected stating that I have not submitted my documents. However I already submitted the complete documents on day one to the respective shop and when enquired by the dealer, I got to know that it has been submitted on 3-July-2010 and serial No is 18.when I called customer care, they said we have not received the documents.
I don’t know what is going on? why after 1 month they have disconnected by connection. When I gave the documents to the shop owner, then only he activated the Sim.
i want immediate action, otherwise I will take a legal action against you people. At any cost I will not re-submit the documents again as I have given the documents with signature and photo.
