balance deduction and rude behavior with customer
today in the morning i received on my cell no. 9974202807

Message displayed that<"Thanks for using 1 Subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Re 7. "> about 5 times so 40rs steal by airtel in my account. this is not enough their employee who serve customer care they are also rediculous they give me so rediculous and bad answer with me and also told that " u can complain anyware" i am really very dissapointed with this answer i talked wih senior supervisor in ahmedabad will write her name if needed. please solve my issue as soon as possible cause still my balance is deducting and i cant recharge my account.

IPTV
airtel srvice is disgusting and unprofessional...

Its the second time in this month that our IPTV has suddenly stopped working.
We have not opted IPTV merely for making complaints but we want a hassel free service.
Your technical executives (who visits on complaints) are either incompetent in their courtesy with the customer or
imcompetent to solve the probles. Last complaint we lodged on June 1st week, one of your technical executive behaved badly about who I
complained and the other one who came and wasted my 4 hours couldnot sort the problem. However, I found him surfing FACEBOOK on my laptop.

This is disgusting and highly unprofessional.

I DO NO want to go with IPTV if this is the type of service you guys are offering.

your customer care executives lacks knowledge and are not able to respond to our query.
Then why r they sitting there? u can simply record our complaints on some machine.

Ever since we have opted for IPTV, every month we have to book a complaint.

This is just not happening guys.

I complained this morning around 11 am and till now nothing has happened... No followups and no rectifications...

this id TRUELY UNPROFESSIONALS... we REGRET opting for airtel IPTV...
I hope this mail reaches the right person who can look into thie matter and correct the system...

Deducting balance without any prior information
I am using airtel prepaid connection. I have not requested for value added services. But daily for some of the service they r deducting money from balance. Moment if i recharge my money will go...am afraid to recharge my mobile itself...nowadays they became very worst in customer services...so planning to throw my SIM...and going for some other services...

Hello Sir, I received a call from Airtel offiials on 27th..THey said that my internet speed, which is 512 would be increases to 2 mbps on 28th of June(yesterday)...Even today I dont see any differences..SO kindly fasten up your process and make it ready by atleast tomorow, if not tonight..

Activating services automatically and POOR Service
I am a Airtel prepaid user for past 4 years. Recently i got an SMS saying particular service has been activated and daily rental for that also have been charged. When i submitted my complaint at 198 they totally disagreed with me and said that i only activated the service so only charged. Then i deactivated the service and similarly the very next week i faced this problem again and when i called 198 i was very surprised to hear that it has been blocked for me, I was not able to speak to an executive.

With this poor customer service i tried Mobile number portability to change to a new network and requested at the new network provider to change me. I sent my request to change network for 3 times and airtel still didn't release my number. Every time i request, I get a message from the new operator saying my porting request has been rejected by current operator due to subsisting contractual obligation.

what can i do. Please help.
