Mass hacking of customer credit balance consistently by Airtel openly
1. Auto deduction when AIRTEL service reply informing the message, As I know there should not be any charge against the incoming message. But whereas the company is debiting for that also.
2. Simultaneously credit displaying is also cutting the credit balance.
3. It is number of time I complaint and resolve the issue I remove the SIM from the mobile (9989073185). The service of Airtel persists in another mobile(9949790733) but again the same drama has been started automatically service reply cutting. I do not know how many people of India are suffering the like me and being cheated by so called AIRTEL.
4. Thus Airtel malpractice with the mobile service and continuing the open corruption and exploitation with the innocent citizen of India.
5. Sure our government will keep dump because recently TRAI has done the Crores of Rupees unlawful corruption. So still there is existing biggest loop whole to exploit the common people only. Hence, I invite to awake up the conscious and educative citizen to raise hand with me the stop it. We want the liberal justice for the illegal exploitation of AIRTEL.

I have not paid them the bill as if now and would not pay it unless they solve my problem
I purchased 2 airtel connection under my name on which I paid Rs2000 for the plan in which they were providing a facility of 2 years incoming free. Also I was told that if I would pay Rs 25 extra for a month, my outgoing to a specific number (for Hutch) would be Rs0.30 per minute. My usage to that specific number was high, thinking it would be charged @ Rs 0.30 per minute but when I got the bill in my hand, I came to know that I was charged @ Rs 1 per min.

For making the payment, I went to the customer care office in Dwaka and spoke to him (rajesh). He told me that for some reason, it dint get active as it was showing "failure" on his system. That time he gave me a discount for Rs 300 stating that this service ( Local CVG)would get activate with in next 24- 72 hrs from that time. That was the month of Aug. Then again, i stated calling on that number thinking it would be Rs 0.30 per minute, but when the bill was generated, i came to know that again this month I was charged @ Rs 1 per minute.

I went to customer care of Dwarka again and told that guy RAJESH that this time I would not make the payment for sure. He told me that something is wrong in the system because of which i was facing this problem. This time he gave me a dicount of Rs 700 stating that this service would get active within 24 - 72 hrs. I even confirmed this with the customer care number (111) for airtel if my service was active( local CVG plan ), because i dint want to face the same trouble again. They confirmed that its been activated. I again started making calls on that number thinking its charged @ Rs0.30 per min.

This time my total unbilled amount shooted up to Rs 2500 as per Rs 1 per minute. When i went to the customer care office in Dwarka, I came to know that Rajesh has been transferred to some other branch. Later, somebody told me that he has left this job.

Now, I dont know where to go and where to file this complaint. I have not paid them the bill as if now and would not pay it unless they solve my problem.

I do not get the network service in my house and around
I have mobile sevice card of Airtel from Nov 2005 till now I dont get the network service in my house and arround I have to go 300 meter away to get the network.

I stay in 28F/B, Shree Ram Lane, Worli koliwada, Mumbai 30. Its near the sea and have ample open space its not a slum area.

I want to no the reason for the inconvinience I have For almost a year now, whereas there is network for Reliance and MTNL in my house of my relatives but not for Airtel Why???????

Now I get sms of new networks in far of place but why not in Mumbai itself.

Excess Data Charges without Supporting Documents during International Roaming
I am a customer with Airtel Karnataka for the past 3 years+ and have been regular and prompt payer of bills. My Mobile Number is 9972043211.
I traveled to Japan on 27th November 2009 and reached on 28th November 2009. I returned to India on 12th December 2009. THERE IS OVER RS.5375/- AND RS.9700/- CHARGED FOR DATA, WHEN I HAD NOT USED DATA TRANSFER / DATA CONNECTION.
Again, I traveled on 19th December 2009 late evening and reached Japan on 20th December 2009. I returned to India on 23rd December 2009. I received an SMS alert on 20th December tell me my outstanding as over 25000/- On 21st December 2009 afternoon I received another alert stating my outstanding as Rs.36000/- Within a span of 1 day without using data connection, I do not know how Rs.11000/- can be the increase.
I had disputed these data charges and till date without resolution, i keep getting calls from Airtel at all times and every time i need to explain the same story to their CSRs. Meanwhile, I kept Paying the Regular Plan, Call and SMS charges.
On 17th March 2010, my outgoing calls and SMs were barred even though I had paid all the phone charges except for the above disputed amount asking them to provide breakup of the sites that I am said to have visited. Till date they did not provide me the breakup, but had barred my Outgoing facility.
I hope at least now they will resolve, failing which need to highlight this kind of money making in press and take up legally.
NOW AIRTEL IS SENDING GOONDAS AND ROWDIES TO COLLECT MONEY WHO KEEP ABUSING AND THREATENING US INCLUDING MY AGED MOTHER WHEN I AM NOT AROUND. THESE GOONDAS ARE THREATENING TO KILL MY MOTHER AND BURY HER APART FROM KILLING MY OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS.
BESIDES, AIRTEL HAS BEEN CALLLING AND HARASSING SOME OF THE PERSONS FOR PAYMENT OR INFORMATION, WHOSE NUMBERS APPEARED ON MY ITEMIZED CALL STATEMENT IN THE PAST.
THERE NODAL OFFICER DISHES OUT STANDARD ANSWERS.
INSTEAD OF BEING LAWFUL, AIRTEL IS RESORTING TO CHEAP AND SHAMELESS TACTICS OF SENDING MESSAGES TO ALL THE NUMBER, WHOM I MIGHT HAVE CALLED AT SOME TIME DURING THOSE 3 YEARS.
NOT CHOICE, BUT TO GO TO THE POLICE AND HIGHER UPS FOR THESE THREATS.

Unauthorise debit
Again and again amount is deducted from the balance by the Airtel prepaid mobile service stating that you have this service has been renewed, that service has been renewed like that. So please tell me what is the solution to this problem. I am really fed up now with this type of service. Please help. My number is 9668412793.

I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for
'financial harassment and mental torture' for the following matter.
Please file a complaint against Airtel Bharti Ltd. (Mumbai Circle) and send
me the form for dragging them to Honourable Consumer Court.

I am unable to understand how the number was deactivated
without being informed. I had network problem even when I
was in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu circle. When I visited Airtel office
there I was told it was roaming issue. After I returned to Mumbai
I had network and even Blackberry service was available.

After calling the Airtel customer care I was told that the number
was registered in Some Mr Ashish's name. I had given copy
of passport and photo of mine to the dealer in Nerul. When I
contacted the dealer he informed me that he had given my documents
only to the person who comes to collect. The mistake was done by
Airtel only. I think there should be a balance of Rs 700-800 in that.
How can you just forfeit that for no fault of mine. Due to sudden
deactivation of the number and blackberry I have gone through very
difficult time since I had given this number to many for my work.
I request you to give a proper solution or I will have no other alternative
left than to go to consumer court. It is not just matter of some money.
Service providers can not just take us for a ride causing inconvenience
to the customers.

Now I have taken another number 7709580765 in pune in Vikram Venu's
name on 12th July and trying to activate Blackberry but not able to do so.
When called customer care am told that it is still not registered in his name
and I have to visit Airtel gallery for the same. What is happening in Airtel?
Most of the galleries are closed down and we have to go far in search of gallery
and even we visit no proper response from them.

No help for customers
This is the second time I am complaning against Mr. Abneet Khurana. Today again I called up Airtel Customer Service and the person who picked my call was Mr. Abneet Khurana. The issue was that I was supposed to submit all my documents ( e.g . my ID proof, residence proof etc.) to keep myself connected. I have done it already . I have submitted all my documents to Amrit Telecom, E - 23, Shop No. - 5, Dilshad Colony. Earlier I had called Airtel Customer Service and this address was provided to me by the Customer Service Executive where in I can submit all my documents. I have submitted the documents on the 7th of August . 2006. But this Mr. Abneet Khurana told me that I will have to submit my documents once again but he could not give me any solid reason why should I need to do the same again. I wanted to talk to a TL or may be somebody senior who could help me out . He simply said you cannot talk to a TL. also told that no TL or Manager can help you out. Only I can help you out. Tell me the purpose why do you want to talk to a TL ? and so on. Is Airtel Paying the TL just for coming to the office or they actually are there to help the customer out. And are we not supposed to talk to the TL ?

They have kept the matter pending for more than four months with the assurance that my said balance shall appear in my next bill
I had taken a prepaid connection of Airtel in Februrary, 2004 with the number 9818556062. I got the same recharged from time to time. In January, 2006 I got the same converted in a Post Paid connection while retaining the same number. At the time of shifting from prepaid to postpaid as stated above, I had an unexpired balance of more than Rs. 3000/- standing in credit of my prepaid account. Airtel people had agreed to carry forward the same to the credit of my postpaid account to be adjusted against my future bills. I had since than following the matter with Airtel people for crediting of my balance to my account in my postpaid account. They have kept the matter pending for more than four months with the assurance that my said balance shall appear in my next bill. This practice continued for more than four months. Now suddenly they have told me than there was no balance in my account which they have earlier acknowledged on phone. They have thus cheated me.

Airtel auto tip sms
i got a sms from 5432105, informing me that
" Congrats! you have been subscribed to auto tips on mobile @ Rs 10 for 10 days of service. To deactivate 999*101#Jobs Anywhere, Anytime for everybody, call 543212660 now!"

I was just wondering, I never subscribed to it, How Airtel subscribed my number to this service without my knowledge. More surprised since I never expected such unethical business practice from Airtel. I called the helpdesk, and they informed me to call 1909 and register for do not disturb. I did the same with confirmation number I1019262157. Hope Airtel stops deducting money from customers without getting their explicit consent. or atleast they call and get user confirmation before deducting the money.
