lesser credit of talk time
I recharged my mobile #9840423672 on 28/06/10 in the morning for Rs.200/- and the talk time allowed is for 46.16. I recharged again for
Rs.200/- in the same evening and the talk time allowed was 179.32.
Nothing has happened sofar to make good the less credited amount of Rs.132.81 even after my repeated complaints.This is the state of affairs of the so called Indias big service provider.

Disconnection of landline services
I have my landline services disconnected since last 4 days. I have called Airtel customer Care number of times and everytime they promise action and nothing happens after that. I call again and they tell me same old story again. I am fedup of calling again and again.

I want to know as to why airtel has customer care services open if they dont wanna work.

I must say that Airtel has the worst services i have ever experienced.

heavy bill
i have been using airtel since past 10 years . i have a complain from last few days my bill is increasing tremondously without my usage.from last 48 hours i have barred my no and all my outgoing has stopped but still my bill is increasing please do the needfull or i'll have to reach the consumer court and i want all the details of my outgoing. my airtel no is 9892626937.please do the needfull at your earliest.

deactivation of HELLLO TUNE
I HAVE TRIED A LOT TO DEACTIVATE MY HELLLO TUNE ON MY NO. i. e 9897826543, even i called many of the times on the no. of customer care but haven't got any satisfactory reply...So its an request to u kindly look into this matter n make my hello tune to be deactivated before 2nd july 2010...

Customer care executives are "retarded".
My father has a airtel prepaid card. He does a top-up recharge which has a validity for a year and this plan is provided by Airtel itself. Airtel deactivated his service when he was out of town for 3 months. When contacted the customer service, they have no clue or knowledge about their different prepaid plans. Spoke to a person (reference no: 0626084716), she was one recorded player, not listening or not letting me talk. I had to hang-up, since there was no point in talking to that retard. Airtel also claims that the conversations are recorded to help them improve their quality of service, but they have hired there to help us is way below the quality standards. I'm 100% sure that Airtel don't provide them good training and also understand Airtel knows that the hired customer care executives are retarded. So that they can keep all their costs low.
I don't think Airtel is very serious about customer service. Their Toll-Free. YES! TOLL-FREE IS ALSO CHARGED, THIS IS CHEATING.

Spam SMS and Blank Calls
Its been more than 9yrs since I am using Air Tel and never have I been so pissed off with the company.
I have been getting rubbish messages from Air Tel Live to download porn and other nonsense for a long time now... these irritating msgs come almost every hour and sometimes even 2-3 an hr. I kept ignoring them and now this seems to have gone beyond the limits.
Adding to the annoying 'push' msgs, now I am getting insane sms in hindi typed in english from no:s starting with 54321. It has been quite some time and if you dont put an end to this bullshit, it wont be long for me to discontinue using Air Tel and also suing you guys in the court for disrupting the peace of a customer.
I hope you know that it is not a very pleasing thing to get stupid blank calls at 2:00 and 3:00 am in the night.

There's a limit to patience. Pls do take action immediately.

Deduction of Bal
Airtel company dedected my Rs.10/- for downloading a game. while i have not downloaded any type of game. on other hand customer executive is not responding well in my complaint.

billing regarding complain
i had a post paid no. 9935557095 airtel
some extra charges added in my bill i request for the waver of re. 1000 and deduct my 500 security which i deposited when i purchase the sim.
the person who came to my house from airtel he said that ur request for waver and security has been approved and ur ur final payment made after deducting the waver and security is 1340/=
i made the payment.
after 1 month i am receiving a notice from airtel that i have not made the payment and if u not pay final payment we will take legal action againest u.
i alreaddy made the payment but now they r saying that u havent pay final payment and u have to pay 1504 more.
]i show them the receipt which i got from the airtel member.
but they r saying that its only a receipt and u have 2 pay more.
i m attaching the receipt which i have got from them.
in that receip that is maintaion that no dues and deduction of amount which i told earlier.
