Bad customer service
Hi,
I would suggest everybody not to use airtel for their landline connections, they have the worst custmer service department after repeatedly complaining them for 5 days for a landline not working they have not been able to rectify it and also they are very very rude and want to take no responsibility. I am sure services of BNSL and MTNL connections are thousand times better.
I would suggest stay away from airtel landline...VERY VERY bad service

Recharge Problem
Sir,
I took an airtel pre paid comnnection in last February and my number is 9952975093. On 21-jun-2010, i made a flexi recharge for Rs.100 for this number. But I got a messasge like " Your recharge was not successful" and the time of recharge was 9.36 am.I checked this with the retailer through whom I recharged and he says that his account balance is reduced by Rs. 100 for this recharging.He was not even ready to check with the ransaction Id while I was showing this message on my mobile phone.
the transaction Id is: 2147436359.
Could you please take appropriate actions for preventing this type of cheeting activities and make the proper recharge for that amount.

Disconnected Service
We have taken Airtel Sim on 20.06.2002, till April, 2010 service was their. From two month we were not using that sim (AIRTEL), mean time they have disconnected the connection and discontinued the services.
we visited regional office at Bangalore, we have not any favorable reply from them and they have treated negligently.
please provide us the feed back on above the issue and reactivate our blocked sim

Payment collection departmnet unnnecessary harrasing for anothers mobile bill
Airtel collection center is unnecesaarily harrasing me by calling on my number to reach to a person whio has not paid bills and calling me again and again that where is the person I am not realtive of that person that i am being unnecessarily harrassed and given threats that you will be called again and again as that person use to call me many times.what the hell is this???? Is this a police department and what kind of menace is this?????Where should I go to complaint aginst this harassing???

I have already registered START DND about eight months ago. And i complained to 198 ie their complaint cell four times. Still I getting sms and calls from their side.
