Registered with NDNC but still receiving promotional messages and calls
Hi,
I am using Airtel number. And I had already register with NDNC service, registered on 29th OCT 2009 and my registration number is 1014390997, but I am getting messages and calls in frequent manner. I have informed about this to Airtel customer care and I have provided them the numbers and names of the company, date and time at which I received those messages, but every time they provide me a new complaint or reference number but no action has been taken so far from Airtel.My complaint and reference numbers are as follows:

I want to register a case against Airtel, please inform what to do to lodge a case against my provider since I had activated DND and my daily work schedule is affected due to these...

regarding lessening of tarrif
to whoever it may concern,
most respectfully i'd like to draw your attention to the fact that airtel publishes no schemes for the countries like nepal.
personally, i m nepali by my nationality, and i would like to add to ur information the fact that many of nepalese have been residing in india since long, i being one of them.
Airtel has produced many offers/schemes for countries like UAE, Saudi, Yemen, Kuwait, etc. But, it's never published any of such shemes in regards of neighbouring countries, like nepal.
Respected authority, i'd like to draw ur attention regarding this matter, and also request the authority to think over this issue.

unauthersed deduction from prepaid
Barti Airtel cellphone operarors deduct charges of Rs.75 for services not used by me.They simply send a sms and deduct charges at there will.I am an illiterate aged woman using the cellphone only for receiving and answerig calls.But I am charged several times for downloading games other misc.Because of my age I am not in a possition to use the cellphone for anyother purpuse.I have complained to them several times and they continue their activities stating their records say so.Is there any forum from where I can get remedy.

Auto debit of Rs. 98 internet plan
I opted and using GPRS internet on PC and charging my mobile (No. 8084923335) every month with Rs. 98/ plan for the same. The same amount has already been debited from my main balance every month for the same service. The representative of customer care shown his inability for its debit in my main balance and has forwarded it to his senior but no action has been taken towards this. Pl. see the details and debit the auto debited amount (@ Rs. 98/month) charged as excess payment for internet browsing from last few months. FRAUD with bill- charging for period when no services were provided
I request the disconnection of my services for landline (0124-4102218) and internet as of today June 10th 2010. Please do the needful as soon as posible. I have been highly disappointed with your services as I had requested a location move in Feb 2010 and it took you 2 months to relocate my connection and I was also charged for that period. I told CS to disconnect services as they were taking too long for the move but they had confirmed me that no bill will be genertaed for the period of Feb thru April as it was a delay on your side to relocate my services. Till date i have been getting the bill for that period and I have spoken to atleast 20 people in your CS and still no one has been able to resolve this.
PLS DISCONNECT MY SERVICES AS I AM A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER AND NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT I HAD TO GO THRU THE PAIN OF CALLING CS 50 TIMES AND STILL NO RESOLUTION. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY FOR A CUSTOMER TO HAVE EACH CALL FOR ATLEAST 20 MINS WITH EACH REP AND STILL NOONE DOES ANYTHING.
pls disconnect services and waive off charges for the month of Feb thru April 2010. Also, send me a confirmation of the same.

BLACKBERRY CONNECT
Dear sir,
I have given many complaint to active the blackberry 299plan in my no 9004599444 but not getting proper reply from the Airtel BB Department not giving proper comment even they don't know what is the problem, i have given complaint on 5 days before, normally it takes 4 hour to activated but 5 to 6 days surprise not only that i have speak to Airtel CCA on many time they are saying on my first call 4hours, 2nd call the server in not working so that means Sunday night no works in BB department great, 3rd call they are also surprise why the plan is not activated again they need within 48hours, 4th calls said the problems has been sort and within 24hors it will start working, but still i am facing the same not started blackberry plan 299 what should will be my next step? kindly help me for this matter,

Unauthorised balance deduction
My mobile number is 9800338443. I use airtel mobile office for internet connection. I received a massage on 7th june 2010 from 54321 that "thanks for downloading java games from airtel. You have been charged rs. 40". But I did not download any games from Airtel. I shall be thanksful to you if you kindly refund my balance which was wrongly deducted by Airtel.

It is highly unethical to debit Rs. 30/= without consent of the user. There is no facility enabled for the user to de-avtivate the facility. It is surprised such a reputed company Airtel is angaged this kind of practice to earn cheaply. My moblie No. 77084 68690. If I do not get any reply from Air Tel I will be refferring this issue to consumer protection council.
