MMS subscription
I am keep on getting SMS in my mobile as "You have been renewed for MMS subscription service from Airtel". Each time i am charged Rs. 2/-. My mobile No. 9566272372. Please resolve this issue.

prepaid recharge
I have done two consecutive recharge of 98 and 110 both recharge sucessful message with transaction id got but the later one of 110 balance not credited in my account.I also complained to the customer care two times and having complaint no also but no body had done any thing since 12 june 11. please do the need ful to get the balance credited back in my account as soon as possible.

misuse of my number by Airtel to play games
I made a complaint to Airtel on 7th June (i called in april and may but they register as waive off without issuing any Uniqiue Registration Number) vide complaint no 37843246. Airtel has been charing me for Games Mania
which shockingly was never subscribed by me. I asked for subscription proof, who, when and how subscribed it and Airtel has no answer. Imagine they keep charging me Rs 5/- per game played at odd hrs. Which came as a shock to me as being a professional i only use Airtel services for phone( they're good for nothing else) they kept over charging me and kept sending me with inflated bills. on 7th june Airtel sent me an automated acknowledgement that they'll revert by 13th but till date, Airtel has never contacted me. Its me who's calling Airtel. I find Airtel services PATHETIC..AIRTEL really sucks. today i spoke to floor manager Mr Sanjay via Cust support person, who picked up my call after 4 er, when i told him the call i'm recording for my future reference, he immediately disconnected... so this is how AIRTEL works...oops not worth at all

CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE WAS BARRED.
I have already call the customer care for verifying about my account balance.They donot give me the detailed details and the next time the service that connecting the customer care was barred.

New connection
Worst customer care and follow up, i have taken a new post paid connection on the 23 rd and after 5 days the sim is not activated .calling up the customer care no response and the retailer from which i have taken the sim is not responding.

Subscription of packs without informing and deducting balance
I am an existing customer of Airtel Prepaid services. For the last few weeks Airtel has been sending me messages about Bhakti Mala subscription and is unnecessarily deducting 2/- everyday. This subscription was started without informing me. Today, they charged me 10/- for some blog of Yuvraj which again i did not subscribe for. My mobile number is 9860893093. This is getting on my nerves now.

sir i m totally dissatisfied with your service. i got an internet connection just 2 days before and it was said to me that u have got an unlimited connection with monthly rental at just rs 450. but now they are saying that your monthly rent is rs 900. thats not good for me. sir i cant afford to pay this much amount. so i kindly request you to please change my plan or if possible discontinue your services at the earliest. i will be thankful to you.

Poor Services
All of sudden am seeing that call charges has gone up, I really have no clue of it then I tried n number of times to contact customer care but was of no use. The customer care of Airtel is so sick that they put you on hold for nothing less than 5 minutes as if they have some other important work than customer to only hang your call at the end, and again waste you money as it is no more a toll free number. This happened to me many times before, they will not entertain your call if you have called them more than couple of times in a same day. I have been with Airtel for more than 3 years but its high time that I should move to other service providers. Airtel are you listening?

Wrong billing
My broadband a/c no. is 13949165 and phone no. is 07614054487. I have always paid my broadband bill when someone comes for the collection. However, for the past several months, the collection man is not coming on time and when he comes, I'm sent a bill with late fees but it is not my fault if the bill isn't paid on time. Moreover, the internet is also not working for the past two months and still I was sent a bill and that too with late fees once again. I want the connection to be removed as soon as possible and I won't be paying the bill as I could not make any use of the broadband for the last two months due to disconnection from their end.
