The Customer Service of Airtel Post Paid Card is very poor. The Signals are very low and most of the time the phone is not reachable. The 24 hours customer service is also not to the mark as one has to wait for a minimum of 25 minutes to speak to a Customer Service Executive once you get through the connection. After the long wait, you got to have the patience of listening to all the product advertisements which may not pertain to your query and when you get through the queue after the long wait, the line gets disconnected.
The bills are also not dispatched on time and many a times are dispatched just before the due date, but the line disconnection is not delayed.
