Lost Sim
I lost my mobile along with my SIM card. I called Airtel customer care and blocked the SIM for time being. I tried to get new SIM. As am conceived and about to get admitted by 15t April i sent my husband to collect new SIM card from Airtel connect which is there in Anna Nagar opposite to k4 police station along with my proofs voter id pan card and photo. But te retailer refused to give a SIM saying a concern person should visit the place in person, even after saying that am carrying, which a tremendous stupidity. Now i dont have any number to call Airtel and discontinue my service.1. This is a real poor customer service i ever had. As am going to admit i wont be able to contact any one for emergency. 2. These people will send the bill just with the rent, which is a loss for me. Am really disappointed by this time.

imposing VAS without permission
I am user of Airtel postpaid connection, but I am suffered twice because of there surprise VAS service activation (without asking or confirming user); few days back ring tone service activate by airtel and automatic balance deducted to nil(6/01/11) and yesterday (14/01/11) friends chat activated on my no. again balance deducted to nil. I dont have a single paise to call on customer care (which should be free but not able to communicated in that senario)

complained about bill
i am aniket bombale my dad gifted me a postpaid conection of airtel having no.9987088356 having plan of airtel bonanza 299. for first two months i dnt have problem in bill after january 08 my bill is suddenly raised.so i called customer care they told me to change the plan so i changed it with 199 which have same call rates 0f flat 50 paise .after it my january bill comes is 1400rs. so i called to customer care they told tht u used airtel live on ur mobile but i dnt used so they tell me tht our concern person is called u and solved ur problem so i continue with airtel on 20th feb they called me and not solving my problem but they warned me to pay the bill or we will see u in this language. so i discontinue the service and pay tht bill after it there concern person come and discontinue my services after it another bill come at this month of 700 rs which they told me to pay .wht airtel do there billing department should learn how to behave with customers. they behave like gunda and mavalis .i think airtel shold know th we customers are getting worst servises by them...pls help they called every day and troubled me i cnt cocentrate on my studies my exams ther in may .pls help me
