Sir,
This is regarding to very poor efficiency of the customer dealing of airtel.I have made complaint many times to customer care regarding my complaint, but its very bad to say that there is no proper response from the destination.
The very bad thing happend was one legal letter has sent to my home. The letter mentioned that there will be a court complaint on 21st of this month and make the payment over their.It is mental harrasment for the customer.
I had a prepaid airtel number (9895206076) in the name of Saju Thomas.Then i have switched it into postpaid. I have submitted my office pay slip for taking my account. Since switched into postpaid, i have met so many problems. Customer care executive have been called me and told to pay the outstanding amount, but there is no pending to pay. I am using the Airtel website to paying the amount. Now I am so fed up of this Airtel connection. Now the customer executive telling that there is 2 more account i had, on the first account i have some amount to pay. Anyway i am expecting your kind responce to this issue.

refund of duplicate payment
due to problem in airtel I made a duplicate payment using airtel website.when i asked for refund of duplicate payment their customer care refused and told me to adjusted in future payments . I told them i have taken advance rental plan because i only want to receive income so it is not possible to me adjust that amount.they told me that they cannot do anything .
I would like to warn people dont use airtel.
at least dont use their site for making online payment

This is Mamta Rupani and this complaint is in regards to my airtel number 9818291046 as i made a complaint earlier as well no action has been taken so let me tell you as you cant give training to your employees for customer service so now i m filing case against you in consumer court for (DISRESPECT) and also instead of paying you guys i m ok to pay news channel and let them also know what service airtel provide to their customers. There employees use profanity on calls which cannot be mentioned here. And further i will also make sure to put this complaint on every blog which people visit on website.

Worst customer service
I have taken a personal postpaid connection almost a month back and which is not yet activated. I have complained about the same to customer care 4 times there is no proper responce. This is the worst customer service i have seen. After all these days now they are asking me to go to a Airtel outlet for resolving the same. If this was the case then this could have been informed to me earlier only. Now they dont resopnd.

This is Mamta Rupani and my airtel mombile number was 91-9818291046. I have already asked to close my number as now i have got corporate vodafone connection moreover they never did. I received a call from airtel from the number 91-9971666128 wherein the executive started abusing my mom which is actually giving a bad name to airtel that how you guys are hiring. i have asked all my friends not to use airtel on what the behaviour was of that girl.

Till the time i dont receive any apology from airtel will not make any payments. i m not a fraud if you check my prior records i had made the prior payments which was higher then this amount. The way that executive was talking was not at all professional and if you guys cannot take any action i would suggest you to close your company. Because i will further let people know what kind of training you guys give to your employees.
please take this issue as a serious concern.

"SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED"
This is the worst service I have ever seen.

Airtel has stopped my mobile service on Thursday, 6Aug 09. When asked to Customer Care, reason was "address not verify".

Now see...
I was a Airtel customer from Last 3 years & 5 Months before I have switched from prepaid to Postpaid service (my biggest mistake).

That time also I had submitted the document again for HLR3 CARD - (New DAP300 ) & given them a cheque of 500/- Rs. on 28/07/2009 to Mr. Sachin Pakhidde (Sales Executive)... Then this service starts from 02/08/2009 to 06/08/2009 without disturbance...

Now immediately they have stopped the service without any warning/Communication. And Mr. Sachin Pakhidde (Executive), NAGPUR did not response me on my phone call... I think he did not fill up my address on the Form Properly

and still it's giving the message "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED" Mobile No. 9561053418...
Pls, Kindly check this issue & tell me... What was happen?

i m from gujarat . i have airtel postpaid conection since last 3 month . i pay all my bills regularly .but this month i paid my bill late . i pay 900 rs bill for the bill of 883 rs on 15/07/2009 but my outging service barred from airtel . I call cust care for detail but no one take any action for me . they give me every time a tat of 4 to 6 hours . today i m calling in cust care i have conversition with supervisor of airtel at ashram road ahmedabad named gaurang bhavsar but he will drop my calls & not answer me very well . plz sir note my complain in your site pls do some needful work for me .

Non-compliance of information in respect of Airtel Post-paid bill
Complaint regarding non-compliance of information in respect of Airtel Postpaid connections in the No.s 9987529213 and 99875214.Without giving any standing instructions to the Airtel people the payments used to go smoothly by Cheque payments right from March 2008 till June 2008. But for the month of July 2008 this bill was recovered from the credit card also and also by the Cheque payment. So what are Airtel authorities doing aren't they cross checking whether the money has been taken twice. This is a serious compliant and both the nos. are held by Senior Citizen Who has been trying to contact Airtel Customer service, but in vain absolutely irresponsible. If these things continue I don't think in the near future people will use Airtel Connections.
