OUTGOING CALL BARRED
I am Sri Ramesh Chandra Sahu, working as Manager(Advances) in State Bank of Travancore, Muvattupuzha.
Before few day one of your representatives have come to my office and advertised me about certain new products ou your company meant specially for SBI Group staffs.
I have agreed to take a new connection from your company. As per his statement only last bill, salary slip and PAN card copy was provided to him. My no. was activated under Portability from BSNL.
Subsequently one of your representatives Mr. James has come to my office, without prior intimation to me. On that day I was in Hyderabad for some official work. As such he returned and reported negative on address verification.
In the 1st week of March-2011, somebody from your office called and told me that your address verification is not done properly and as such our new representative will go for the same. Accordingly I have given the details asked by him.
Today my outgoing calls has been debarred and on enquiry from 121, they have stated that due to negative in address verification, it was disconnected.
It is reported by Mr. James, that he came to my office and my colleges told that no such person is working here. However the fact was that my college told him that when M. Sahu will arive, they will give a call to Mr. James. Accordingly they have called, however Mr. James did not turn up and gave a negative report.
After That I have received my first bill and paid the amount in time.
Now Please reply me the following.
1) How can you disconnect my no. without prior information ?
2) Can a person, who is using a BSNL connection for last 6 months and working as a officer in a PSU organisation, give wrong address proof ?
3) How Mr. James give such a negative report ?
4) Is not it your responsibility for calling the customer, before disconnecting the line ?
If my complain is not resolved within 2 hours, I will file a complain at appropriate level.

exces billing and also admited by airtel
i have many corporate nos. From airtel and geting faulty billing in some nos. Regulerly as cug charged by one rs per min. Rentel also charged double accordingly i complaint to airtel and also get responce call many times that problem will resolve witin 24hrs and one call inform me to resolve issue in 48 hrs further due to wrong billing i stoped payment for bills and now get call of Rahul from airtel and when i talked with bill no of wrong bills this fact also clear to airtel and he inform me that call me again on 8th of apr at 10.30 with proper solution but i not get call again as agreed. At total of this i get loss heavily as all nos. Are with marketing boys and all are disconnected by airtel even my complaint registered

not received bills

We have not received our monthly bills of 5 months i.e april, may, june, july, august. And we are unable to pay your bills. I request you to pls see this matter as soon as possible.

Stopped the service without any communication
This is the worst service I have ever seen.
Airtel has stopped my mobile service on Friday 7Aug 09. When asked to Customer Care, reason was "Document not submitted".
Now see...
I was a Aitrtel customer from Last 4 years. 9 Months before I have switched from prepaid to Postpaid service (my biggest mistake). That time also I had submitted the document again.
Now immediately they have stopped the service without any warning/Communication. I have again submitted the document on Friday 7Aug 09 in Airtel Kahamla gallery in Nagpur. They processed (scaned and submitted) my documents on same day. Customer care guyes saying they have not received documents.
and still it's giving the message "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED"
Uptil now I have submitted documents thrice.

not getting the bill
Dear Sir,
I am using your service from 3 years first one and half month it is prepaid and from December2007 it is postpaid..
I am very dissatisfied with your service and your service personnal as he is not involve in my complaint.
Just in the last month i have not recieved your airtel Bill with details and i have spoken to ur call centre on 11.07.09 Mr. Rohit and give my all details including my address also and instruct him to provide my bill detail so that i will pay the bill..
Just now i am calling again with your call centre and told him that please provide me the bill so that i will pay the bill and if you will check my details i have paid the bill within time periods and told him please provide as i have to submit it in the company but your supervisor told me that it will reach till 29th of this month ...
Now tell me how a person can wait so much time why what is the reason...
Hope you reply me as early as possible on my number...
