Deficiency in providing services
Dear Sir,
I am residing at Wardha in Maharashtra State. I have purchased SIM card of Airtel in last month and was availing postpaid facility. At the time of purchasing SIM Card, I have submitted all the requisite documents with local frenchise Image Cellular at Wardha of Airtel company. Suddenly from 28.04.08 my mobile connection stopped working. I have inquired with local frenchise but they have given evasive replies and not informing as to why my SIM Card services stopped. You are, therefore, requested kindly look into the matter. I am the Cordinator of reputed college and in the absence of mobile service, I am suffering inconvenience and lot of problems. Admission of students are going on. I am suffering physically and mentally.

The worst experience I've had with Airtel
This is the worst experience I've had with airtel. I shifted my residence and notified them of the new address, at least 4-5 times! Still they kept sending the bill to my old address. Until once, i was on roaming n had a bill of rs25,000! So i insisted on taking a look at the detailed bill. But they again sent it to the old address and even their customer care executive who was supposed to take the payment cheque went to the wrong address!
Then the next month, they charged late fee that i refused to pay. After much exhaustive explaining they waved it off. But strangely, I'd be flooded with smses that there was an amount overdue. I kept calling n each time they just apologize and promise that it would be resolved and then my calls were barred! I would've called umpteen times but they just don't seem to resolve the issue!!
