I had obtained a postpaid mobile two years ago (No.9731333814). I had paid a deposit of Rs.500 at that time. A few months ago, I converted it to a pre-paid category. At that time I was promised that my deposit would be refunded to me by cheque. So far the deposit has not been refunded.
I was told that a cheque for Rs.417 was sent to me by courier. However, I have not received it. Please verify what happened to that cheque. If that was not delivered, and returned to Airtel, please arrange to send me a new cheque at the earliest.
I am writing this email because I was being asked to keep calling several numbers, but none of them was helpful.
