Address Verifing Authorities Miscommunication
Hi,
This is RaghuRam from Chennai. I got Airtel CUG postpaid connection from Airtel on 7th june, as per connection rules I gave my temporary address in Chennai, proofs were submitted to my dealer.I am very much regretted about the officials who come for address verification. I have clearly mentioned that I ll not be available on week days and I have asked my dealer to inform that the verification can be conducted on weekends or during evening on week days.
On first verification on a Saturday a guy called and asked about the details and said that he ll be coming in half an hour, I even said if he couldn’t find the home ill come and bring him here.I waited till evening he did nt come and I got the information that the verification status was negative saying that the house was closed.
I have asked for re-verification and the other guy without even informing that he ll be coming came on a Friday afternoon and got the sign from my neighbor and informed me that he got sign from my neighbor.But from 26th june 2011 my outgoing has been cancelled and from 29th june my connection has been temporarily barred saying that my reverification has been in negative as the house was closed and the customer’s phone was switched off.
On enquiring about this to the guy who called on the reverification day is not responding correctly and he says that he did his part correctly and I have to ask other details to customer care ly..
As I ve changed from other network thinking Airtel will be good in customer relations but due to these incidents I am very regretted and I am unable to contact
any one as the connection is barred .Please respond to this as soon as possible.I have mentioned the phone no of the guy who contacted me and my contact no and the no which is barred..
I am expecting immediate response as I my no is out of connection for a week.

Amount Charged unnecessarily for internet even not used
Dear Sir
I wanna make it to your knowledge that i've been charged unnecessarily internet charges even when i've not used it.
I talked at customer care also and told me that my query will be solved till 24/05/2011 but till date my query is not have been solved.
I would like to tell you that i was sitting in my exam hall giving my exam on 09/04/2011 b/w 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at that time my cell was sitch off then also i've charged and you can also check it with the time table of B.Com Part(ii) 2010-2011 of M.D.S. University.
So i request you to please see into the matter and please waive off my bill amount of net charges as early as possible because every day i'm receiving msg of non payment of my bill.

I'm being charged every month for unwanted services
Dear Sir / Ma'am / Whatever you are,
I'm very depressed and feeling bad after using your Airtel services.
I always had faith and trust in Airtel until you start giving me trouble for the last 3-4 months.
Every month you people are charging for for extra services which I never activated (e.g. SubsServ_FS & FullAudio_FuntimeNamit etc), and revering that 30-40 Rs after taking my so much time every time.
Even If it is got activated by any chance, every month I'm calling you people saying "stop these services till you people are alive" (recent tkt 37566621 and many more in past)
Just tell me one thing frankly, Did I Committed any crime by converting my prepaid to Post-paid (Yahoo! corporate connection), or you people think that you will do this every month and nobody will notice you. or People will not bother for just 20-40 Rs.
I'm very much mentally disturbed by your this behavior and want to request you not to do this again resulting me to rethink about my decision to be in Airtel Network.

Airtel calling relatives and friends for money
My concern is about the Bill Amount. My plan was under CUG and corporate plan. Its having free GPRS i.e. Zero charge for GPRS. i was using that Number(9766132930-Pune) from last 2.5 years. Suddenly in Bill extra RS 2500 added for GPRS without any notification from customer Care about that its GPRS is paid now kind of stuff.
We called Customer Care many times and also they call us for bill, i always told them please correct my bill i will definitely pay, And without resolving our Problem regarding the bill, they just stop incoming and outgoing. After 2 months later they are getting the list of My Callers (Friends & relatives) and calling them which is illegal and saying that they will fire a case in Court. We are Not in Pune and they are harassing our friends and relatives for the bill.
Why we will suffer for mistake of company? Need solution for that. Give the correct bill we will pay online.

bill not received
dear sir, we are not received our bill. we are asking on 121 & 198 but they are not setisfied us and airtel relation ship also.

company message for due date, but without bill we cant pay.

Outgoing/Incoming Barred
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your kind attention that i took a postpaid connection on 7th of this month against no. 9987046112 and have submitted all the documents, but from today evening the outgoings and incomings are totally barred on my number. Please let me know the reason why is it barred and how can it be resumed again.

Not Responding
I bought a new airtel postpaid card on last week. They are forcing me to pay 500 as a deposit amount for that they are telling some reasons. I agree to pay the advance amount. But before that they cut my outgoing call. I can't able to call to the customer care itself. They are not responding and not even my problem yet cleared.,

No bills sent and connection disconnected
I received a sms mentioning my bill is XXXX. When i checked the bill there was a ONE TIME CHARGE of 731 Rs. I called customer care for clarification. They said they will email the bill to me of previous month which is listed as one time payment. No email ever sent.
They called me again. I asked for Bill . They said they cannot email but they will courier it to me. No courier ever received. I guess not even dispatched.
And then one day they disconnected my phone.
NO BILL produced and they wanted me to pay the amount . But they cannot provide the bill.
DISGUSTING SERVICES.
Why the hell they cannot send my own bill to me ?
If thats a genuine charge share the Bill?
Horrible Customer care !!!
