Network Coverage Complaint
My Mobile No. : 9974439429, I am residing at Chhani Area & I am unable to getting network coverage in my home gallary side.
We had already launch complaint to airtel customer care for the same since last 15 days, still no response received from company end.

problem in incoming calls
Sir,
I am getting problem to receive incoming calls in my mobile 9862610900 subscribed to Airtel. 90% caller received information that the mobile is switch off . When somebody tried to contact me normaly I got a messege from "missed you" that -you have missed call to know miss call dial...to know about your miss call . cost.../. I registered complaint on 25th April with airtel customer care and I was told that it will be resovled within 30th April . A reference no was given to me by "airtel" and th no was CICPL30424186236 . After that till date I have enquired 3 times and each time I was told to bear with them and the problem will be solved shortly. I shall be glad to know how to solve the problem ? If they are at all unable to solve the problem I feel they should let me know honestly so that I have to go for another alternative or for my future course of action.

tower problem and irresponsible customer care responce
i am using airtel connection for the past 3 years, my father is using for the past 6 years and my sisteris using for the past 2 years. At first we stayed in purasaiwalkkam, chennai.we were so comfortable and satisfied using airtel network. but we shifted our house to kilpauk before 2 months here we are not even getting single point tower. we couldn't able to make any calls or receive.we are suffering here in the peroid of emergency.we have aready given a written complaint regarding this problem in the nugampakkam airtel office and i have nearly 6 complaint numbers from the customer care but yet there is no action has taken to solve the problem.we are really unsatisfied about the customer care responce

want to continue connection
Now I am in Mumbai from 3 months. I had taken a Airtel prepaid card from uttarpradesh. since i am living in mumbai i didn't recharge my mobile in last 3 months. Now i want to recharge my mobile. so i had called to customer care of Lucknow somebody said that my card is disconnected. if you want to continue your card then goto uttar pradesh Airtel Gallery, which is impossible for me.

Loosin govt plan
Respected Head of Airtel service,
sir/madam my cell no is 998731924.this is prepaid card with government plan.Due to lack of knowledge about this plans recharge voucher, wrong recharge has been done by me. Due to ths i have lost my government plan(Airtel to Airtel 10 paisa, other phone 30 paisa,STD call 60 paisa ,Daily 2 rs reduction).
Then wrong information is given to me by customer care that recharge with 499 Rs your govt plan will be activate.When rechrge with that they says me that within 48 hours your plan should be activated.After 48 hour when i called them,they said we cant do anything.they absolutely cheated me.
Sir i kindly request you that please return me this plan as gift of Happy new year .

No Proper Reply From Company
I purchased airtel Prepaid SIM card of Rs.495/- from airtel dealer at Thane. After a week the dealer told me the doccuments submitted by me are rejected by company & I should resubmit the doccuments with clear xerox copies. Again I submitted the new set of xerox copies on 4 th December 2007 at their Malad relationship center at Mumbai. I was Promised by their Executive that your mobile service will be resumed within 48 working hours. To my surprise when I enquired on their call center number 9892098920 on 7th December 2007, as to why my services are not restored, Iwas told that your number is not at all in existance & they are helpless. My mobile number is 9867876376 & my SIM card number is 8991920706120341111. I hope my services will be restored at the earliest after giving all these details. I request the company to employ trained & proffessional staff at their relationship centers as well as call centers,who should guide the customers in proper way & warm manners.

My number disabled for want of documents
I have taken airtel prepaid card under plan 495 for life time validity. At the time of taking card i have submitted application form along with xerox of pan card and my voters card for address. In fact retail card seller was not ready to give card without form and all documents. He has given me card only after submitting all documents. My phone was activated. Later on i received message from airtel that you have not submitted documents and submit it within 8 days. Unfortunately this message was seen by me very late. Now i have submitted documents but the retailer says your number is deleted for ever.
How airtel can delete my number when there is no mistake on my part. I have submitted documents at the time of taking card only. Also i am ready to submit copy of documents if required.

Unable to recharge
I am trying to recharge my mobile No.9831649789 since 24.06.07 with SL. No. 170108374659 (Rs.200/-recharge card)but in spite of every correct entries was unable to do so and in spite of my best effort after 10-12 interactions with customer care over phone and personal visits to customer care and the shop from which I brought the card is unable to do so. Myself and my family members are holding 5 nos of airtel prepaid connections who even thought of disconnecting all the lines but didn't considering your previous appreciable service. Matter is not just 200 Rupees but of principle and my right to service after payment or else disconnection of all the lines(which hope it doesn't matter to a big organization of yours repute.)
But its my principle.

Not activate!
I have taken one sim card having no 9973197366 on yesterday 05.07.07. at 5.00 pm. Till today this card is not activated. Three times I have called customer care, but it couldn't work. This type of service if Airtel provides, it seems to be one day Airtel will definitely sinks.
