SIM card rejected
I have secured my nokia mobile through pin code to hide access from a small child who is my nephew. When the nokia mobile was switched on it asked for entering PIN no three times. But every time a wrong PIN number was given. So it asked for a puk number. When I give a puk number it asked me to enter new PIN number and reenter the pin number. But it was not worked and my mobile could not be opened. When I give another PUK code it again asked for entering and reentering the PIN number. after that my SIM card was rejected. What should I do?

Unsolicited phone calls
Even after registering my repeated complain through SMS to 121 I am being disturbed everyday by promotional calls from +919934912345. Several times I have requested your customer care but no action has been taken till date. This type of carelessness is not expected from a service provider of repute.

Bad Network in local area
Heloo...
this is a typical problem that Myself n my family members are facing while using mobile ph vide Airtel prepaid connection at our home in Santoshpur, Kolkata 75.
It is being observed that during and few hours after rainfall we are unable to make & receive calls from all the three Airtel lines at home or our local area. But as we get 3 - 4 km either direction from our locality we can easily make calls. The problem is faced on every occasion of rainfall this season (April - till date 2007). Also it is being observed that after sun comes out or the effect of rain has dried out we can make calls as normal.
I have logged a complaint at the Airtel Customer Care & my docket no. is 08180628 1600 dated 18.08.07. But till now no remedial actions have been taken from Airtel.
This is disgusting and we are being insisted to change our mobile ph service provider in a short while from now on.

Missed call alerts!
Airtel has a service called Missed Call Alerts which I had not signed up for. I got a message inviting me to sign up for it, which I ignored. Imagine my surprise a few days later when I got a message saying that Rs. 15 has been deducted as monthly charges towards MCA. How can they enable a service without my knowledge or permission?? I called up customer care asking them to credit the money back. They refused. This is plain embezzlement!

Abnormal deduction of charges
Airtel is famous for abnormal deduction of charges in prepaid connection. Many times i have faced this problem with airtel due to deficiency in service my at least 10 friends have stopped using this service and switched over to other services. I am facing this problem with airtel since 2 years. Every time when i start any new service from airtel there is some abnormal deduction of charges from my account. So since last app. 6 months i have stopped using any other schemes offered by airtel. I use my airtel connection only for making and receiving the calls. This i have to do because my number is at least with 100000 people. So i can't stop using my service and above all. It is very easy to remember. (0) 9898440880. Now i am coming to the point. Well i do have two other connections one of them is used by my sister. Earlier yahoo service was active in my account number and it was used by me but afterwards i had stopped using this services since app last four months. Then also charges were deducted from my account. When the charge was deducted from my account for first time from 989818842 at that time my sister complained to airtel customer care they promised to deactivate the service and also guided my sister for that procedure and they refunded the amount for the same. Next month again same procedure was repeated. This sequence continued for 3 consecutive months.charge was deducted, they refunded the amount after checking the system with and assurance and guidance that from next month this charge will not be deducted.
Then again the same thing occurred next month. So my sister called upon customer care and they informed that it will be refunded and this service will be deactivated. But afterwards the amount was not credited in my sisters account. So she again called customer care and they told that this time they are not going to refund the amount. My sister was embarrassed with the situation and with their changing attitude and same mistake repeated again and again. So i saw the matter and i found that it was the be unsubscribed from airtel live which i did and at last they are telling that now this service is inactive in my account. Thus due to ignorance of their customer care to guide the customer for unsubscribed of the offer we had to suffer too much of mental stress for a small amount.
Another thing my sister had subscribed for one matrimonial services on airtel live for that usage charge was rs 5/day. She had used this service for only one day and wanted to unsubscribe the thing .so she called the customer care base because there was no option for unsubscribed in that page. They told that you have to stop airtel live services for stopping this service. So we went to bharti house and represented this thing .at that time their customer base told that u can unsubscribe from mobile itself but there was no option for unsubscribe. So he himself had deactivated the service from his computer in my account. Thus there is so much controversy in their statements and most of the time their customer care executives are ignorant about the facts. So my questions is why should we suffer for their ignorance and in coordination.

Wrong method for advertisement of schemes
Last evening a message was appearing on the screen of the mobile: "Dial *138*2# for MCA. Then one of the child of our family saw that message and acted as aid and dialed no. at that time the balance was Rs. 30.11 in my account. But today in the morning when i saw the balance was Rs.14/-. I was surprised to see this. This is very wrong method of advertisement of company because there was not sufficient detail of cost etc. Many other times also i have suffered these type of situations.

Deduction of balance on daily basis
I am using Airtel Prepaid connection with no. 9860546175 since last one year. Actually, my balance is getting deducted by Rs.2 or 3 on daily basis since last month. Initially I couldn't notice this, as amount was little, but it is happening on daily basis. Beware!

Airtel's f**king service!
Several times i informed, requested to the a**holes who are sitting in the airtel's office to do not send / call me for the sales promotion. But these top offices who are sell their mother and sisters for a small income won't understand others feeling.
Whoever is heading the airtel company, read this!
This connection is taken by me to paid the money to airtel. You don't have no right to send the sales promo sms and calls to this number. If you want to sell your mother / sister /daughter's undergarment to the airtel customers then first you supply them to the customers, then sell all these f**king products...
So all the mother fuckers of the airtel family beware about your great services

Very poor customer service!
I have been using a number as prepaid connection. The number is recharged on 25/04/2007 for 360 rupees and at about 8.30 pm there is a message saying that this number is moved to postpaid plan and the cell phone disconnected. The clarification sought on 26/4/2007... the customer care at number 98450 12345 says that my number is activated on some other name is postpaid plan... contact prepaid dept... then the customer care 9845098450 when contacted says that this is postpaid contact the other dept... i have wasted 2 hrs explaining the problem at last some complaint is registered but nothing has been done so far my number is disconnected for more that 14 hrs now. Very poor customer service!

Money deducted many times but no MMS sending activated
When I send MMS to my e-mail ID , money is getting deducted but no MMS is actually sent. I do not understand if there are some problems with the phone settings then why the hell money keeps on deducting. I called so many times to the customer care, they say MMS is activated.
