Pathetic billing
I am being a customer of Airtel-Nasik since last two years.Now I am a customer of Airtel-Mumbai. I have been charged roaming charges when I traveled from Mumbai to Nasik when I tried to inquire about that I have been told that I would be refunded the money within 8 hrs. Let me congratulate Airtel for having one of the best Pathetic call centre service in Mumbai. After spending around 50-60 Rs on the so called free customer care centre calls. Two days are already gone and My roaming charges are still not added to my account. I expect good cooperation from Airtel in future. Otherwise many options are available in the market. But being a loyal customer of Airtel I could expect at least this.

Document submission problem!
I have submitted all the required documents when i got the connection but every day i get Airtel message to submit my documents. I cant understand what is the reason behind all this?!

Regarding gprs and connection charges
My self gagan gupta, i am scientific officer in Indira Gandhi Center for Atomic research at Kalpakkam. I have activated GPRS on 16 th nov for one day and 20 rupees deducted from my account but whole day i was able to use internet only for 30 min and after that there was no connection. i called at 123 customercare but nobody was picking phone. this is very bad thing. my no. is 09894470269. one more thing in all over india like mumbai, delhi, allahabad everywhere airtel to airtel std charges is one rupees per callbut in kalpakkam it is not like that, it is 2rs per min.
I m leaving Airtel Prepaid Connection and i m going for reliance and my two other friends also doing this thing with me. So please try to make yor call rates same everywhere. and dont loose the customer who is paying more than 3000 rs for recharge per month.

Ignorance towards the customer!
I recharged my prepaid connection through my online back account just to see that the balance got added and validity was not extended. When i called the customer care they lodged my complaint and told after three days that " you will not get validity if you recharge through online bank account".
My question is Why didn't they guys tell me this when i called you up at the first go? I see no where its mentioned that i shouldn't recharge my Cell using online banking!!!
AIRTEL Customer care SUCKS!!!

Add on scheme system problem
I am Having my Airtel Connection No:+919994306882 having attached with another ad on no.
In meantime some stranger has added my no to (cug) friends list because of this i have lost my connection with that ad on no (10paise scheme).
In this connection in the cug scheme without getting the permission of the members u can add them to the list this will make loss to another person.This is totally a faulty system which is causing big money loss to me
Now i have disconnected from the ad on no.

Deduction of whole balance
I have been using Airtel prepaid Connection (9880364935) for about 2 years in Bangalore. And I had a balance of 1800/- Rs on 1st of Sept. I went to my native place and couldn't recharge when I was there. After coming back to B'lore when I checked my balance, the whole amount 1800/- was deducted. I raised a complaint with Airtel customer care but for no use... they closed the complaint saying that the amount was deducted from my account as I didn't recharge within the grace period. Its very unfair... they can deduct some amount as fee but shouldn't deduct the whole amount... After all the money is mine... when I didn't make calls for that... how can they deduct the whole amount?
