I am a prepaid customer of airtel india. I am paying rupees 249 per month for GPRS connection, though the authority had send a message to me as JANKARI. They says that I am not using talk time of rupees 200/- in per six month which is under the life time prepaid agreement. Therefor I am requesting you for correction the services. I will be grateful for your kindness. Thank you
