unauthorised deduction from my prepaid balance
on dt 28-5-2011, I received a massage on my mobile at 21.44PM, that hellotune has been activated on my mobile & Rs 75.00 has been deducted.then I stopped the service at 21.49PM & call to 198 at 21.59PM for complaint in this regard.but cust.care didnot respond .again I lodged a complaint on dt 30-5-11. after a along conversation the cust.care officer agreed to refund the deducted balance Rs 75.00. but again today the officer on duty denied it, inspite of that, service provider has started another service satsang & duducted @Rs 2.00/day, that I closed today .I also sent several massage to 121 but cust.care did not respond. I never sent any call or massage request for hellotune or satsang service .it seems that, it is the policy of the company to take extra money from custmer by this way .My mob. no. is 9997500268. I want my money back .

fraud deduction
Why you deduct Rs 15 against self activated hello tune by u . I don't activated your hello tune option. It is regret to inform you that previously you aiso deducted for the same. that time I disactivated all such services. Kindly refund Rs 15 immediately otherwise I'll go to consumer court for such fraud deduction .

unwanted deduction from balance
I m getting so much irritated of airtel mobile service.
they starts many kind of services on my cel phone without my permission like joke pack, night radio pack etc., and deduct money for it from my balance..
many times i have complained to customer care of airtel, for that time they stop it, and again they start other service on my cel without my permission ..
they blame to me that i have started this service, , such a foolish argue, , if i have started it, , then why i will complaint about this, , they make their customer fool..it should be stopped now.

GPRS has been activated on my prepaid number 9937871277 without my request and deducted service charge.

Activation delay
I have recently opted for Airtel Pretpaid connection 9971804100. I filled up the relevant form, as a verification proof, he took a copy of my VOTER Identity Card. My sim activated that time. But after two day a message came in my mobile that submit your document in the Airtel office otherwise your connection service stop. Next day my mobile service stopped.
Now I have submitted my document to Airtel two times. But my sim not activate till now.
I am unable to understand, how a company like Bharti Cellular Ltd. Operating Aitel, can allow their dealers/agent to behave in such a manner. I even called up the Airtel Customer Service, but their response was too Cold. After having followed up almost everyday with their agent, now I wonder who should I turn to have my SIM activated.

Fraud using my cell No.
My cell No. is 9880326767. This No. is misused by some third parties to cheat the public. One such complaint appears to have been filed in Mysore city, Karnataka State, India. I have intimated about this to Airtel by sending Email in the previous month. But so far the Company has not responded to this. Besides, I have also spoke to the custome care centre of my region who gave the admant reply to the problems faced by me. I was desperate and kept quiet. But now, it appears that it had led to the loding of police complaints againt this No. Please help me otherwise I will seek legal action against the Airtel Company to protect myself.
