DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT
I AM PRAVIN KUMAR JAIN, USER OF AIRTEL PREPAID SERVICE.MY MOBILE NO IS 9831147766 FROM LAST 5/6 YEARS.IN MY FAMILY 7 AIRTEL PREPAID CONNECTION IS THERE.MY COMPLAIN IS THAT PROVIDER HAS DEDUCT 350/-RS FROM MY BALANCE ON 14/7/11.WHEN I CALL TO CUSTEMER CARE, THEY SAID THAT THERE IS NO UPDATE FOR DEDUCTING THE AMOUNT.MY COMPLAINT NO IS CBDCC30714871054.
PLEASE REEMBURSH THE AMOUNT IMMIDIATELY IN MY MOBILE OTHERWISE I HAVE TO USE MOBILE PORTIBILITY SERVICE AND CONVERT MY ALL AIRTEL CONNECTION TO ANY OTHER PROVIDER.

Horrible service
Hello,
I am regular and old customer of Airtel prepaid mobile. I am facing a lot of trouble from Airtel service which includes random deduction of balance on the name of fake downloads about which i am totally unaware. Even though DND service is activated i am getting a lot of stupid messages and calls. Weekly i am keep complaing to customer care about same and they are accepting it and trying to ensure (totally nonsense) that it will not happen next time. Within next day or two i am going to break and through this sim. Thank you and bye AIRTEL. I recommend to other not to go for such kind of services.

I am abhishek sengupta my no is 9900330378 i am taken a airtel prepaid connection few days ago. I received a verification call few days ago i could't answer those questions because my sim card connection is take in the name of Saradwati Dutta she is my elder sister. yesterday i received a message that my no will be disconnected within 24 hours so i resubmitted the document to the nearest airtel showroom and now my outgoing calls r barred. plz do not disconnect my line please verify my address. It will be very kind of you if you look forward to my problem. what shall i do sir?

Unruly behaviour
The customer care relationship centre of Airtel of Rajajinagar Bangalore, shocked me when its executive behaved arrogantly snubbing my problem of not having issued a acknowledgment of the submitted documents and vehemently suggesting me that it was my responsibility to ask for a receipt. The lady executive shamelessly flirting with her male counterpart when I'm speaking out my problem to her and the colleague ignoring my request with sheer disrespect...Hope a brand like airtel can afford executives at customer care centers with some civility

uneccessary money charging
Me Nikesh Saxena using airtel prepaid in my phone is completely frustatrated of what the company has been doing with me.
they have been charging uneccessary money for using internet, i had rechargad with the internet Rs.98 pack just two weeks ago and also saved the settings at the moment.since last morning these people have been charging money uneccessary from my phone.Till now they have charged Rs.15 and are still charging.when i try to the costomer care number they are charging but not taking the call.These people think i am a fool but if my money is not returned to me in this week only i will myself register a case in consumer forum.

immediate action is required.

i am Feed up of your Service
i wanted to Port my No. from Airtel to Docomo.
so i send a msg PORT 99933***** to 1900 and i got a reply frm 1901 " your unique porting ID is AY521***", and my retailer send this ID to what ever the procedure is... he receive a msg check the PROting no.
so that hell this Airtel doing????
so i call ur so called Customer care i talk to those ppl but they cant do anything... they just ask " sir plz wait we will forward ur call to our boss... they think we r fool, while transferring they disconnect the call or if we lucky then we have to disconnect because they wont pick up call..." ok this is also ok... after disconnecting the call i received a msg " You have added Sau Dard to your personal Album. you have been Charged Rs15 your caller will hear all songs in your album randomly" wow what a service Airtel give.. Buddy im not a Rajnikant( robot) who can talk to Customer care and mean time i add Song in a album to same no. from which im talking to Customer care...
i warring u AIRTEL if u wont give my money back... im damn sure i will approach to Consumer Forums...
I want to TO port my No. As soon as possible...
and ya its my holidays and i don't have any work to do... this will b fun doing... im damn sure... i wont leave u...

Deactivated my number without intimation
I have been using airtel prepaid (9902279599 taken in bangalore) connection for 3 years for last 1 year most of the times I was in roaming, however I used to maintain balance just make sure the mobile is active even in raming. All of a sudden whem my mobile balance reached o thc connection got disonnected. Initially I thought it was due to signal problem but later I found that my moble no was disconnected. When I talked to customer care which is of no use. They simply hung up the call mentioning that my number is deleted.. I am not sure that issue but I want my mobile no back..

waste service provider
my mobile number is 9003076868 i dont like airtel service so i planed to change my network through mnp i got upc code and applied on next day i got call from airtel and the provided offer for me that a2a 10 paise and other local mobiles 30 paise and days went that plan still now not activated and they take daily rent from today when ever i call them and complain and will provide me an complain number even i mailed nodial office they also following same steps they told me to wait till 24-may but i know they will not solve the problem i am going to change network waste service

unauthorized amount deduction
i had purchased 22rs internet plan for my prepaid no 9872103725 on 12/05/2011 at 20.00 hrs but balance is not deducted from my terrif plan 350mb/7 days either
airtel is deducting money from my talktime balance
u r requested please take required action to refund my amount
asap
