I am using this recharge voucher since last two years but several of times they have deducted unusual amout from the balance. Past record i don't have but latest one i am explaining.
On 20th september i have recharged 100/- voucher, unfortunatelly on 22nd september the balance was found only 22/- without making any call. So please kindly return me the deducted sum and oblige.

I received a message yesterday charging me Rs30 a day for renewal of hello tune which I never subscribed. This is terrible airtel.

I think that your company likes cutting money from our account balance.i didn't know for what purpose your company cuts Rs20 to 30 every month from our account balance. Sometimes 'stop' service shows that i had only 'news pack service' activated on my mobile, sometimes it shows that i have 'bakhtitashan service' and 'friends chat service' activated on my mobile but i had not subscribed these services.I think that your company likes subscribing these services on his customers mobile for earning money.Whenever i told my problem to your customer service officer they say that all the services will be unsubscribed soon but that 'soon' had not came yet.I want your company to unsubscribed these services soon and send back our which had been lost due to these services.I also want to tell that i am the subscriber of only 'news pack service' not any else service.My mobile no. is 9956799768.

Please this is my kind request to you to unsubscribe these this service and return me back my money which had been lost due to these services.Also i want to remain in contact with air tel as i know that it had the best network all over the world, but if these services are continued in my mobile i will have to surrender my sim in near future.

As per their special offier I have charged Rs. 94/= on 05-09-09 for 100MB internet connection for 30 days,
but til today i am unabe to get internet connection. Kindly do the needful.

Airtel Prepaid has sent a message, stating that there is an offer for Recharge Coupon. Recharge for Rs. 250 and get Rs. 260 as talktime, validity 20 days, call *123*9# for balance. This is the message which we received. But the original marketing criteria is this balance can be used only in the ho, e town it seems. For eg. If the Sim Card is from TamilNadu, and you travel to Kerela, you cannot use this balance in Kerela. But this information is completely not clear when these guys send the Alert Messages. And people are annoyed and miss guided by these stuffs and are led to lots of trauma. And Airtel customer care is one of the world's sickest customer care which does not have any standards and their call center agents have no ethical guidelines.
