number not working
i had taken a airtel postpaid number two years back i.e 9996005757 and it was ok and there was no problem in that . but on 1st july 2009 i had converted my number into prepaid from sansar telecom, yamuna nagar, haryana .. for that i had given my license photostate and two snaps and it was convereted properly in prepaid and i had given rs 200 to thm for lifetime prepaid. this id was the same as for postpaid . after one month on 1st aug 2009 they send me a message that id is not proper and on 3rd aug my outgoing service has been barred and on 4th aug incomming also barred. And after that i had been to sansar telecom and they said the number will start work with in 48 hrs . I again deposited my id as they ask for bt no doesn't work . again on 10 aug i deposited my id but they said the no will not work now .
Now i want to know the same number when it was postpaid there was not any problem of id but in prepaid why there is a problem .

Deducting the balance from account
I am facing the issue with the balance deduction. I made so many complains regarding to that however no complaint resolved yet. My mobile number is +919975709513.
The agents on 121 are not stopping the unnecessary services which are activated in my account. Still my balance is get deducted from prepaid account.

what a worst customer care, avter trying 6 times the customer care no for speaking to the customer care representative no body is giving any responce

balance deduction
Dear Sir
I have prepaid connection of AIRTEL. I always keep minimum balance of 30 rupees but 2 days back they charged me 16 rupees for java game downloading. I have checked my laptop and mobile both but there is no downloading and I remember I have not downloaded any game and today again they charged me 30 rupees for airtel wap download. no downloading further from my side.

I have contacted customer executive of AIRTEL but they replied you have downloaded. How it can be possible. Either they are playing a chitting game or they have wrongly mentioned my name in the downloader list.

Please suggest me the solution. I generally use intenet through this connection so I want to continue this connection. Please help me.

i m facing bullshit network of bharti airtel since two and half year ...i complain man y time in company but they cannot do any thing on, ...just give me a wrong commetmmet to me many time so ...i dont want to use abuse lanaguage ...but compan y force me to do that ...

bad customer service
Dear Airtel on saterday evening I got a SMS from you(Rs 274 worth benifit with RC222 ! Rs 199 regular talktime & 50 free STD mins. STD min validity 7days.offer ends on 18/08/2009). So I recharged my mobile with with RC 222. But I didnt gety the STD 55 mins. So I make a call to you.Yuor customer care people disconected my call 4 times. Lastly i talk with your customer care superviser and he rectified my problem & said the 50 STD mins will come to me with in 24 hours. After 48 hours I checked it out & i didnt get the STD mins. So I make a call to your customer care peopel. Again same problem I faced- your customer care people disconected my call 4 times lastly I talk with your customer care superviser . He is scolding me & saying they diidnt sent any SMS to me & disconected my call.

divert not working
I am an old customer of airtel and i am the firs retailer in my village and had most supported airtel than any retailer done here. On 13-07-2009 i decided to divert my incoming call to my another airtel number for my convience, and i made an offer echarge to reduce the call rate to the diverted number as advised by the customer care. But after diverting i noticed that i am only getting airtel calls as diverted calls, i called customer care and complainted to them.then they asked to change my mobile and said some other reason. then they said they will take a complaint and forward mails and solve my problem within 3 days. but on calling after 3 days they repeted the same. But even after waiting 7 or 8 such "3days", i had not got my issue being solved.
This shows how unprofessional and a false commitments airtel would give ...
My problem is a simpile one, but they would not give much attention to solve it even after 23 days !
If i don t get my connection done within 2 days i would disconnect airtel connections and change most of my customers from Airtel to any other network.

I am Pravakar Adak. from kolkata. i am a prepaid customer from last 4 years. my no is :9933855902.

on day of 30th July I have got a massage that "Thank you for subscribing to airtel friendz chat. you have been charged rs. 10/- for 10 days. but here I donot activate any friendz caht services. This time my a/c balance was very low :(Rs.0.19).after this service activating my a/c balance :Rs. (-)9.79
here my quiestion is where i donot activate any friendz chat service or any other, so why i give its, charges.

I also complain to airtel same day. my complain no is :30731676507 by Mr. Ujjal Sadhuka on dated :30-07-09) .Mr. sadhukha says that you will be know against this deduction by sms on or before 04th August. but today 5th august. I donot received any sms or call from customer service..

So in my sight Airtel provide very bad service. They deduct amount from customer without any resion.

negligence
I am an employee of M&M posted in Indore. I bought an airtel prepaid connection about 10 days back and had submitted all the requisite documents. Now I am being told that documents are incomplete and I have to submit again. Moreover the customer care executive is adamant that it is my mistake when it is clear that my documents have been misplaced. What kind of customer service is this??
