not responding for the submitted complaint
the services of 2906 is deactivated on 25th of april but the amount is deducting till the date. because of that the amount is not sufficient in my a/c that's hy i can not call to the people

about missing sim card
I m lost my sim card before 2 months ago. but before giving complaint it can be utilised by other. Then i m giving complaint to my local retailer. but still it can be utilised by other.So please verify that the sim card is on my name given hear or on other .If it is on my name please cut the connection as eairliest, so that it's misuse can be avoided. my simcard no is 9975194242

about missing simcard
I m lost my simcard before 2 months ago. before complaint, my simcard utilised by another persons. Then i m giving compliant to my local retailer. but still it can be utilised by other. so please verify that either the sim card is on my name or not.If it is on my name i want to disconnect (close) my sim card.

Cheating the customers by providing less information
I received a message from Airtel on my prepaid number that if I recharge with Rs.222, I will get Rs.197.58 instantly and an additional Rs.52.42 within the next 48 hours.
I recharged with Rs.222 the next day and even after 48 hours when I didn't get the additional Rs.52.42, I called the Customer Care. On customer care, they told me that I have to recharge on the same day when I get the message. This condition was nowhere mentioned in the Airtel message that I had received. When I told them this, they said that the customers must know that they have to recharge on the same day they receive the message. He didn't solve my grievance and tried to put the call down but when I insisted, he said he would call me back within 1 hour with a solution. Its been 4 hours already and there has been no call from him yet.
How can the Airtel people presume that the customers must know all the conditions without them ever mentioning it.

unnecessary loss of balance
Dear Sir,
i am using your airtell connection since last 4 months the number of 9777209567. i have deactivated the VAS pack in january by your customercare. and also i have received the message. but i have loss my 50-80 rupees in all coming month. i have call to customer care every day to solve my problem but they did't take any action any time their answer is "our computer is slow now so call us later. then what i should do . really i am so worry with your airtell connection.
kindly refund my all loss money neither i should perforsly disconnect the airtel and my faith will be loss on you.
