Wrongly deducted amount
Hi,
My name is Salman Khan and I am using airtel prepaid service.... two days ago I received a message from Airtel that the validity of my special recharge tariff voucher was getting expired in two days.....that very day.....4 hours later I received another message which said that the validity of my tariff voucher has been expired.....any how.....I recharged it today with Rs 98 tariff and a message tariff voucher of 29 in which I was supposed to get 300 messages. I sent messages to my friends and I saw that the balance was getting deducted from my main balance. I got so fumed up with it..... on the top of that I am now getting a message to get the tariff of Rs. 98 soon to make calls on lesser rates..... I want to ask what is this.
Is this the kind of services you provide to your customers.... I am trying to call at the airtel customer service no. (121 service) and every time i press the option to talk to a representative it gets disconnected.
I want the clarification and I want the wrongly deducted amount from my account back in my account. If it does not happen I will go to the consumer forum.

not avail extra validity and TT
I have done easy recharge of Rs.399 with extra validity of 3 months and extra talk time Rs25 with respect to the message recived from airtel on 17/12/2007. After 3 days, I have received a message that "due to technical problem extra validity period and extra talk time will be credit on 21/12/2007.
Then i have raised a complained in customer care (121) lot of time but the responce is very bad.
The sample complaint numbers-- 122711560/1231074212/0102010721/0104042208.

I need the solution immediatly.
Why are you cheating customers?

Prepaid service cut-off
I have an Airtel prepaid no.9840610189 (SIM no.89914 00000 06015 6278 4) was taken in Chennai on 9th November 2007 and the same was activated on same day, which worked up to 22nd December 2007 till 11 O’clock. After that there is no tower in my mobile. Then I approached customer relation centre (Laser Valley Telecom) at T.Nagar in Chennai on 22nd November 2007 around 6PM, where I have submitted my documents initially and explained the issue to Mr. Ram (mobile no.9840455444), Mr.Pandian/Miss. Kamakshi (Mobile no.9840009899). They have verified their dispatch list and found that they have submitted my documents to Main office at Chennai on 23rd November 2007.
After that on 26th December 2007, I have approached Mr.Nithin (mobile no.9789995635) at Head office at Santhome in Chennai and explained the issue. He took two days time and told me to refer their colleague Mr.Ganesh (mobile no.9789998869). I referred Mr.Ganesh over phone, he took days and finally he told me refer one more his colleague Mr.Karthic (mobile no.9840082193). Mr.Karthic has took three days and told me refer customer relation centre at T.nagar where I have submitted my documents.
Again I came back on 2nd January 2008 to customer relation centre (Laser Valley Telecom) at T.Nagar and discussed the issue with Miss.kamakshi. She ask me to give one day time. Then again I went customer relation centre (Laser Valley Telecom) at T.Nagar on 3rd January 2008 and discussed the issue with Miss.kamakshi.
Nobody is even trying to me helping me out or responding positively…. Every time I am even a period of time committed…
Finally I kept my SIM card in front of Miss.Kamakshi and came out side.

Charge debit without use of telephone
Dear Friend,

For the past couple of years, I am using the AIRTEL prepaid services on three of my phones. Most of the occasions, I use to recharge with my internet banking services.

On 29th dec 07, I recharged my phone 9840179446, for Rs 600. On the very same day I received the message saying that if I don’t recharge on that day, Rs 50 will be deducted from my account, that too after recharging. I was surprised. Immediately I checked my balance, which was correct.

Yesterday, to all our surprise, Rs 300 is deducted from my balance. I don’t know why? Let me have the clarification and also, correct my balance account.

I hope you would do that. Otherwise, I may have to take sever action, like going to consumer court and also spread the message in the internet.

Let me be clarified, in this regard.

DISTRIBUTOR'S MISBEHAVIOUR
Hello, I Pradeep gartan took recharge vochoure of Rs 30 from KINARA ONLINE. unfortunatelly instead of my number 9892609282 he recharged on different number which was 9892609281 , when i wanted my money back he refused to pay back and start misbehaving (using very abuse word... very cheap language as BEHANCHOD....), THIS HURT'S ME A LOT... if u r going to take some action against him .....otherwise i m going to CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS...

Recharge through online banking
Hi,

I tried to recharge my airtel prepaid card through online banking. But airtel card never got recharged with that amount.
I got message from airtel saying "Sorry, your request cannot be processed at this time".
When I asked customer service about this they said my number is not recharged with any amount and thay don't know about the message.

It is so bad that they are cheating all by taking amount without giving any service. Be aware, don't try to RECHARGE THROUGH INTERNET. You will loose your money.

NO PROMOTIONAL SCHEME
I AM COMPLAINING FOR NOT GETTING ANY OF THE PROMOTIONAL SCHEME'S FROM AIRTEL,
MY SIM CARD IS APPROX 10 MONTHS OLD TILL NOW I HAVEN'T RECEIVE ANY OF THE SCHEME TILL NOW SO I AM COMPLAING FOR IT. I THINK THAT I WIL GET NOW A POSITIVE REPLY FOR THIS.

Unable to deactivate GPRS
My phone no is 091-9860348178.

I activated GPRS onb my cell ph and used it for 2 days.
Now when I am disconnecting it, unable to do so since last 3 days.
Airtel deducts 15 rs/day as charges but does not disconnect service.
I send numerous sms to 511 with GPRSDEACT and called customer care but nothing worked.

If such is the service then plz do not provide such services which people suffer.

Disconnected my network
Sir,

I got the new airtel connection on 23rd oct and after 15days they disconnected my network as i did not submit my proof of address , though i had given to the airtel service provider. And now again they had said to me that my sim registration got failed so i am not able to make calls and recieve calls . more over i am having a validity for 1 yr and talktime balance 0f rs.254. Please kindly take action on it . i am an employee of Ecil presently working at UCIL jamshedpur n staying in Ucil quarters.
