Incorrect charging
I am a user of Airtel Prepaid mobile service and my mobile number is 9867863754. In last few days I have noticed that my number has been charges the call charges much more than the actual/normal tariff of my number. On inquiry, I was told that for some calls I have been charged Rs. 6/- per minute instead of Rs. 1.50 (STD Call charges on my number).
I was given a complaint number 090311717000 and was assured by the customer care executive that the excess amount (about Rs. 400) will be refunded back as a credit to my number within 24 Hrs. More than 72 Hrs have been passed since then and there is no such credit in my account. When I contacted again and gave reference of my complaint number they say that their server is down and the same will be done in next 48 Hrs. I am helpless.

Poor service!
I bought an airtel prepaid sim, with mobile no. 9975453713 in nagpur, maharashtra on 26/08/2007 and i have submitted all the require documents to the retailer, but my no. disconnected on 27/08/2007. Then I called at the cst. care & I have been told that my documents hasn't reached airtel office since then my mobile hasn't been reactivated.
Very poor service!

Unnecessary dedcution of balance
I am having an airtel prepaid connection & my no is 9890515259. My account balance is deducted unnecessarily on ISD calls. Most of the time it happens that i call an ISD number & it just keeps on ringing & after i disconnect the line it shows a call summary & each time Rs. 9.20/- is deducted form my account. This is an ongoing problem with airtel my other 2 friends are also facing the same problem. I would have lost around 400-500 bugs just like this. When i call the Customer service they will ask me to wait for 48 hours for their system to get updated & after that they will log the complain & again ask to wait for 24 hours for resolution but even after such a long period there is no resolution till date on this service and they always have to say that the call was completed. I really don't understand how a call is initiated when it just keep on ringing. Such a pathetic Service in telecommunication. If this still persist all the customers would be churned from Airtel System.

Voucher not accepted!
I purchased air tel Top-Up recharge 17/08/2007 Rs 10(ten rupees) with serial no 37050009750172. I tried 17, 18th for recharge bur personal pin is not accepted. I informed this issue to Customer care executive.he advised me to contact dealer. Dealer asked me to contact Customer care. It shows how the air tel is reacting ultimately I am the looser.

Unauthorized activation of missed call alert service
I have a airtel prepaid sim card purchased in around july 2006. In around august or september 2006 my missed call alert service was activated on its own. i got a msg stating 'thank you for using airtel missed call alert service' and my account was debited by Rs. 15. I contacted the customer care but they said that i myself have activated it which i didn't but still i asked them to deactivate it. They said i will have to send a msg 'MCA CANCEL' to 511. i did so. I received a msg stating that my service will be deactivated in 24 hrs. but it didn't, i again called customer care, they asked me to try again. Till today my service has not been deactivated and Rs.15 is been regularly deducted from my account. I have called customer care several times about this and they say that they will forward my complaint but nothing happens. I had even gone to airtel office at F.C. Road, Pune they also emailed my complaint to higher officials and assured me that i will get a refund in 2 days but nothing happens.

Automatic activation!
A scheme was activated automatically on my cell no.. I tried registering a complain in call center i got 1 number which was redundant.. then i also tried getting to a airtel gallery, but they also didn't make much difference. Finally when i called the call center 2day, they dropped my call...
Is this the customer service they speak about...

Not activating my SIM card
I had purchased Prepaid SIM card from retailer. It was said that it get activated in next 1 hour. But 3 days has gone, it was not activated so far. I fed up with trying 121 and 9845012345.

Airtel connection is a big shit
Airtel connection is a big shit. I have a message at18th june for recharging 444 & get 395 talktime & 1 year validity. But i m not getting the validity up till now. I recharged at 19th june. Airtel connection &its customer care is big frod., no one have given me satisfactory answer from customer care & airtel gallery. Now i am going to give a complaint in consumer protection act against this.

Airtel customer service is a panic!
I don't know why our govt. Is tolerating such blood shocking company like airtel.. They are jusy shucking the blood of poor peoples of india...
I am also a victim of this company... As i have applied for gprs ... It is still not actived on my mobile... But they send me settings but was not been received by me till date bcoj that settings is on the way... May be that was on holiday... I hope some day i must receive that settings...
I don't know what to do with that company... Hoping for govt should take some strong steps to stop those cheaters...

Bad customer care service
Hey i possess a airtel prepaid service. I got a recharge of 777 bugs 10 days back n after date my outgoing messaging is blocked... i went to airtel office they said it will be k in 2 days... now they are not listening to my complaint and still its blocked... airtel service is so bad man...
