Deduction of credit for unwanted services without request
Without my request or my knowledge Airtel have deducted for membership for some entertainments services like Love . It had been noticed that lot of unwanted sms stuffs and invitation calls are received which disturbs during office recehours / meetings. Expecting a better service from this mobile service provider in future. In name of entertainments please dont fool the customers by deducting from the credits without their knowledge or acceptance.
Today I had recharged for Rs. 122 and received a ERecharge SMS saying talktime credited Rs.108.58 , MRP 122.00, Trans ID 1411404782
When I checked the balance with *123# It was showing only Rs.90. When checked with a Customer service officer by dialing 121 received an information that I had been deducted for subscribing for Entertainment service like Love.
When I complained that I never request or subscribe that service he told me to sms to unsubscribe. Very bad service!

F*cking Airtel staff
Dear customers,
If anybody knows the mobile numbers of the higher authority of airtel please circulate it... I want sell some nasty products including my shit to these bastards... They can give our number to all these banks and insurance company to promote their products. So circulate the number and call their family in the midnight for a f*ck...
I am frustrated with the request. Four times in three months i complained to them to not to send these nonsense to my number. No use, now i decided to react public...
Soon you can expect a website about this matter...

Disconnection of prepaid services
This is to inform u that i am the prepaid customer for airtel. My mobile number is 9867227962.1months before it has been disconnected due to the submission of documents. I was being told that it will start within 48 hours. But after submitting the document it got started after 20days. Now again on 14th it got disconnected. When i called the customer care they told me that it will get started within 2hours as its having some network problem. But then after two hours when i called back they said that u have submit the required documents. I even told them that i have already submitted all the required documents before 1 month then only it got activated. Anyways when on 15th i went to airtel gallery they told me that i no need to submit any document as there record is showing that i have already done it.and they told me to recharge the validity. So i did it but no result. Then again i called customer care they told me the same problem that i need to submit the documents. I am not getting what the exact problem is.

Poor service and wrong gprs charges
Im Joseph Dsouza my pre-paid mobile no is 9890995882 Im very disappointed by the kind of call center airtel is running I have been calling the call center for past 4 days regarding my complaint that im charged wrongly for the gprs connection. On the first day I called they said the line is down call us after 2 HOURS i CALLED UP AFTER 4 hours and explain every thing I get the same reply that call us after 2 hours .Then when I tried it was closed for the day so sms the complaint again no reply and I was continuously debited 11.99rs from my account and then again I called the next day One of your csr answered my call and put me on hold and never turned up. Then again I tried later one female picked up and she could not resolve the problem so I asked her to connect me to the supervisor She put me on hold and turned up with the answer that there is no supervisor right now we will call u within 4 hours and im still waiting for it.
Then today I called up a female answered my call and I believe that she must be the same girl when she heard my complaint she hanged the phone,then again I called up one guy picked up and I directly asked him to connect me to the supervisor or any one senior above you he said Im the one I have been working for past 6 months then I still insisted to connect me to the supervisor he put me on hold for 5 mins and never turned back the call got disconnected I m fed up. Very poor service!

Cheap and pathetic customer service!
I used GPRS on 2,3,4,5 Feb 2007 and airtel deducted 12 rupee for each of that day, Again on 10, 12,13,14 Feb airtel Deducted 12 rupee for each day for usage of gprs on 2,3,4,5 feb for which i had already paid, when I asked for details, customer care executive refused to give details to me, my 47.96 rupees have been deducted by airtel for no reason and when i call to customer care, it says that my money will be refunded within 48 hrs, but nothing happens, I had complained orally for about 10 times and through sms for about 300 times, airtel is such a cheap service.

Free calls - roaming charges
Normally i will receive free calls from Airtel regarding their products.
When my mobile is in roaming, whenever i receive free calls, if i take that call, then the amount will be deducted i.e., charged to the user. As it is a free call from airtel, i don't think the amount should be charged to user.

Confusing plans
My prepaid mobile connection 99451-59516, was giving a message that, i've to recharge before February 15th to continue the connection, and said that my phone is currently disconnected temporary. I tried recharging using Citibank Online; the minimum requirement for Citibank online is Rs 300 or above. so checked the Airtel Prepaid website and found a voucher for Rs 360, and i recharged for that( Rs.160 Worth Talktime & 30Days Validity). After the recharge, the talktime was updated however, the Validity did not take effect, so i called up the Airtel Prepaid Customer Care, spoke to sumitha and later to her supervisor Mahesh, he informed me that since i'm in a plan called Easy Recharge, i would not be able to use the talktime until i easy recharge for 99. He also said that, if i had paid the 99 first and the 360 later i would have got more talktime. So i requested him to refund, which he denied initially however promised to tech with his managers. He said that, if i recharge for 99, the talktime, that I've already paid will get activated. So today morning, i went ahead and recharged for 99, which makes it a total of Rs 459 spent. Now the message says, I've a validity of 30Days but Zero Balance. I called the Customer Care today and after long long hold and transfers, i spoke to one person and then to his supervisor Deepesh, who reported that, they do not have a documentation about my previous days call. And Deepesh also reported that, he doesn't know any supervisor by name Mahesh. And he very badly denied my requests. As to him, he says that since I've paid the 360 before the 99. i will loose the 360 and its benefits. I informed him about the airtel website http://www.airtelworld.com/4/circle_vouchers.htm
where these kinds of rules or plan related info are not shown clear to the customers, he reported that, Airtel Policies and procedures will be hidden for customers. I demanded for his manager, and he denied the request saying that, Airtel cant help me anymore with this issue. Basically i seem to have lost Rs 459 to Airtel, which could have been better if i distributed the same among some poor. Do not trust Airtel!

Unnecessary balance deduction
Hi, I am subscriber of airtel services. i m using prepaid card for more than two months.My problem is that they are deducting my balance unnecessary. Daily it is 12 RS. I already contacted call center more than 4 times. They just say it will take 48 hrs every time, there is problem in system. I then visited there main office twice.still the balance was not refunded.I am facing this problem for last 30 days. But still the problem is not resolved. They always barred my call center services also even i could not attempt more than 3 times. I think this is very bad. They should resolve the problem as early as possible. But they are not.

Not able to recharge
I m prepaid customer of Airtel Maharastra and now I m not able to recharge. I got recharge voucher but due to some problem it was not responding thats why i send many request for same. And when now i m trying than Airtel is not allowing me showing me message "You are BARRED from this services".
