Un-authorised charges from my prepaid mobile. - 9952501060
Hello,

Airtel has been very pathetic in customer service recently

I have been charged daily subscription charges with a messages coming from AD-54321 for almost a month in my mobile number (9952501060, TAMIL NADU). I am very tired of calling customer care service and their repeated answers saying I am not subscribed to any services in airtel.

But still I have been charged amounts daily.

So far in this month, I have been charged around Rs.200 from my account balance. Please stop this service and refund all the money deducted in this AD service.

Prepaid Connection Disconnected
proof read the posts completely before sending to me

sometimes when writing quickly u leave words like 'the' 'and' some times u miss 's' - please avoid such errors

avoid statements/predictions ( u can only wen u have proof - show stats in tat case), be sure about wat u write

write attractive titles - title is very important, title is not just about describing the post ( many times i change the title), if not great titles atleast we can write good titles.

focus also on intro and conclusion part ( not only body content)

pick points only from good sites ( sites which enjoy good reputation, which v can trust)


Got two facilities on same ID Passport plus Photo Conversion of Airtel Prepaid to Postpaid and new Airtel Prepaid SIM Card Number 8826514316. Submitted a fees of Rs 49 for conversion, Rs. 25 for new Prepaid SIM and Rs. 110 for Recharge. The Airtel Prepaid 8826514316 has been closed without any information and recharge of Rs. 100 has also been deducted. Visited Kataria Communication, Airtel Center Vikaspuri regular for one month and also submitted ID again but no action.

We did not get any verification call at 8826514316 and not at our alternate number 9971976947. Still the 8826514316 has been disconnected. When I called 121 they said number have been permanently disconnected but why, what is the reason. If ID is not valid then why 9971976947 is working on same ID. We did not get any verification call on any number.

I called Nodal Officer. After waiting for 5 minutes, Shefali said that her computer is under upgradation call after some time.

IS IT THE WAY BHARTI AIRTEL TREATS THE CUSTOMERs. DOES BHARTI AIRTEL DOES NOT KNOW WHY A PREPAID NUMBER HAS BEEN CLOSED. DO WE EXPECT SUCH A WORST SERVICE FROM BHARTI AIRTEL. WHY IT IS. WHERE IS THE RECHARGE OF Rs. 110 AND WHY THE SIM HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED PERMANENTLY WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION.

I need my SIM working in next 5 days else I have to move to Consumer Forum.

De-activation of Number
Dear Meenakshi,

I am a new airtel prepaid customer (9945260987). The problem I am facing is that in spite of giving correct addresses for permanent as well as local, my outgoing has been stopped. A call from your services came for verifying the given address and I am sure that I verified it correctly. The service also confirmed that the details given are correct. In spite of that, my outgoing services have been stopped and because of that I am facing many problems.
Even the Airtel customer care representative (at 121) is very incompetent to handle such queries and is very unaware about the entire thing. Moreover, the person is more interested in getting the "Hello tune" fixed than my outgoing. Grow up AIRTEL!!

How can a service provider like Bharti Airtel show such an irresponsible behaviour?
It seems your organization is becoming complacent and caring less about the customer satisfaction day by day.

A very dismal for a customer like me who relied on the name "Airtel".

Call 1: The receiver asks me to wait and transfers service to executive. The executive doesn’t respond even after waiting for 4 minutes.

Call 2: The representative picks up and says that she is transferring the call. She doesn’t transfers and cuts the call.

Call 3: You cannot call the representative.

Call 4: You cannot call the representative.

Questions:
Why have you debarred the number even after I confirmed the address?

What about my balance?

Who are you supposed to say that you have to buy a new number now?

Who is responsible for the time wastage and inconvenience caused?

Now you are bugging me with messages like dial *121# for services you want to take.

I am not going to change the number. And I will not give up till you re-activate the number.
Hope u ll act soon without troubling me more.

network failer
i bhushan kumar residence of nit kurukshetra i have a connection no. 9896761613. some days i submit my problem about caller tune. so now it is ok and solve my problem so thank you. but i have one main problem is network problem there is no network coverage. many time anybody call to me then call is disconnect from the network failer problem. so i request you to check the problem. my reisdence in nit kurukshetra university kurukshetra. thank you

dnd, wrong deduction
my other nomber is 8126520085 on this nomber I activated DND at 2 april but today is at 15 april i got a call from talk 2me service.
2 april i interacted with mr shivraj and i also interacted with supervisor and i told to him plz deactivate all value added services and other services from mu number n thay replyd me tht dont worry all services are deactivate by us...but i am still facing the wrong balance dedctn ...I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED FROM CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

deduction in balance
i have been using airtel from many years. surprisingly the company people have subscribed silly caller tunes and friends daily alert to my number, which i myself have not subscribed to and have deducted a good amount of my balance.and now after filling the complaints they are not even ready to refund the balance on my number.
this was not expected out of a reputed company like airtel.
one can easily see why are they loosing their customers.

My name is rahul dwivedi from allahabad.
Last 18 march i renewed my internet pack of rs.98 for 1month but today(5 april) i have been charged 20 rs. After usind net. Then after recieve a msg from airtel of WORLD CUP VIDEO SUBSCRIPTION.
Wen i accupy to stop above service, known that there was no service activated on my number (8127122062).
It's a bulshit creative to cut the balance without any reason from custmors.

Fraud done by Airtel by activating services by themselves and deducting charges
Airtel is fraudulently activated services in my mobile number called "Funtime", and started deducting Rs.1 per day. When I called customer care they are misbehaving and not registering my complaint and accusing me that I have activated this service which is a complete lie or Airtel is doing fraudulent practices to exploit customers earn money, as we cannot prove that we have not subscribed for any such service and they put all fraud details in there system to prove there point.

It is very sad that Indian Telecom companies are using fraudulent practices and started exploiting customers. My experience with Airtel is very dis-satisfactory, and I want to sue Airtel Company for harassing customers.

I also want to appeal to TRAI to take strict action against Telecom companies and provide a way out of this problem. It is not feasible to file a case against these companies for 1 or 2 or 100 bucks and these companies know this that customers will not fight for small amount of money so they are taking advantage of it.

Too worst network in our locality,nd poor service by the customer care
iam the resident of vijayawada, andhra pradesh., our city one of the divisional city of the district as well as state.iam the customer of airtel with the mobile number of 9949320366., iam residing in the heart of the city which is nearer to railway, bus stations jst walkable distance at our residence area., from past 2-3 years onwards i, as well as our area airtel customers were facing a lot of irritable problem with poor network/signals.it is very difficult to find even one point of signal in indoor area., some times same in out door area also., total airtel customers in our area facing the same problem(coming out side and shouting while talking in the mobile).many times i brought this issue to your customer care executives nd also to airtel administrative staff., surprising thing is it will takes 2 to 3 calls to connect ur executive because of signal dropping., no signals and poor network .ur executivies also said that "we conducted a survey in your locality nd we find that there is an problem regarding network, it will be reduced in next span of expansion"saying the same reply fram 1 year onwards in this connection iam asking u., tht u r company has no time to respond towards my complaint, bt u r giving publicity "airtel no-1 network in andhra pradesh"with legendary brand ambassidors really it is very shame full to bluff the customers being an no-1 network we r facing such a problem?what for ur publicity if u r not providing proper service to the customers., i to agree that airtel is an no-1 network if i satisfied with the network.u r asst.manager i dont know her name she said tht sir we will look after urproblem seriously and slove with in 3months.3months gone nw it is 7th month running struggling with the same problem.wt shold i do?and how can i believe ur network is no-1 network in andhra pradesh., sir iam nt residing in far away from city, iam residing inside the city., several times i complained bt no one of ur executive or technical team visited to our area i dont know how your executives done a survey and came to conclusion as i said before about ur executives replys u can find in my complaint data how many complaints i kept before you.other networks like vodafone, idea, tata ., they are getting full coverage., why airtel coverage is in worst stage., due to this problem we are facing health problems also like blood pressure, irritation problem., as a educated customer iam bringing this issue to ur notice through online, bt some of them in our area they dont know how to use nd demand for your service., so i requesting and pleding your kind heart to look into the matter and hope for quick response according to your status., plz send your execcutive to your locality by that he can know the status of our problem. treat the customer loyally and respond according to that, hope this time i will get an clear response.callers saying tht "hey ur mobile was not in coverage area, nd your voice was breaking, nt hearing properly, call dropping they are treating that iam not intereasted to respond their calls., totally it was very very irritating thing every day .i lost my patience nd using this source.and it is very shame tht the reputed company executives/exployees promising false promises. nd i never expect such kind of bullshit responses again after bringing my issue to your notice.hope i can find a right solution to my issue
