Still not getting satisfaction
i have recharged my airtel with Rs 11 as i got message from airtel that if i recharged my airtel with Rs. 11 so i wil get Rs.7.97 immediatly and Rs. 3.03 & 100 local +national sms from 7 days withing 48 hours. i Got this message from airtel on 10th March-2011 at 11:30am. I recharged my airte prepaid with Rs.11 on same day at 12:37. I got Rs.7.97 immediatly. after 48 hours i checked i did not get Rs.3.03 +100 sms so i called in customer care for the same inquiri. so i got Rs.3.03 but still i did not get 100 free sms from airtel. then after i complaint many times in airtel but i am not getting satisfaction till now. I did not get 100 free sms. Last time when i complaint i got reference no : CBNRA20318325382.

without permition giving othere serviece like velu added pack n can not communicet with customer care agent on 121 and198
without my permition giving me exta serviece and charg me.i can not communicet with airtel customer care agent so thats solve my problem

MY ACCOUNT BALANCE IS DETUCTING WITOUTH ANY USAGE
HI. AIRTEL OFFICE THIS IS KAILASH RAJORIYA I AM USING AIRTEL PREPAID SIM MY MOBILE NO. IS 9981850366 I HAVE SOME COMPLAINTS THAT WITHOUT ANY USAGE MY MONEY IS DEDUCTING AND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES IS PUTTING ON ME LAST NIGHT WITHOUT ANY REASON 5/- IS CHARGED TO ME AND IT IS NOT IT FEW DAYS BACK I WILL BE CHARGED WITHOUT ANY REASON.

activation of airtel VAS services without consent
Hi,
my mobile no. is 9890273300 i am using airtel from last 6yrs.
Yesterday i got the sms of activation of Hello Tune and deduction of 30+15 Rs. Respectively. Whereas i never use the hello tune in my life and never request to activate.
Airtel activate Hello tune on 11.03.2011, on the spot i call customer care then the person told me you received a call from customer care executive about activation, but in fact i didnt received any call. When i asked him to register complaint he said he cant take. Then i talk to him rudely, he just tell “thanks for contacting airtel“ and disconnected call.
After few minutes i got messages from airtel regarding activation of cricket pack, astrology, missed call alerts, airtel radio and others. And almost 120+ Rs. Deducted from my balance.
I KNOW THIS IS DONE INTENTIONALY BY AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE.
So Please people don’t use airtel. We have no option to check or take action against airtel. Considering airtel customer data if airtel deducted 30 Rs. From each user,
That means they are making profit of in CRORE Rupees.
SO WE NEED TO RAISE OUR VOICE AND NEED TO STOP THIS MONOPOLLY OF SERVICE PROVIDER.

amount deduction
Sir, my number is 9908825372.. and my name is G Pavan Kumar Raju. Without opting any services my amount is getting deducted every day. I have been to your one of outlet at lothkunta...and im suprise to see 2 services were activated more over im using nokia 5235 handset..where i have a ovimap services when iam trying to open the application my amount is getting deducted.. i don't have internet connection. GPS is a handset feature like MP3.. why is that amount is getting connected. I have called up cust care on 29/12/2010 at around 1:45... i made 11 call to cust care nd spoked with srinivas, anand, santosh they were not even ready to put an interest to know what is my problem ..they were simply transferring the call to supervisor but not one was answering my call..i tried repeatedly. Infact i asked them to transfer the call to floor TL..but same thing repeated. Its is 1st time i faced a problem with airtel. i am eagerly waiting for your necessary action regarding this matter.

I just spoke to customer care 3 times. Two times customer care representatives disconnected my call. It is really painful to reconnect it again as it will take more than 10 minutes to get a chance to speak to Customer care representatives and latter without resolving the issue either they are disconnecting the call or they are saying that we are transferring your call to our senior executives and we just wait for another 10-15 minutes and didn’t get a chance to speak to Senior executives. After 15 minutes call got disconnected automatically.
This is really painful.

GPRS Charges
Using GPRS over Airtel Prepaid connection in Pune -- Frequently mobile sites don't open in the mobile browser. "Connecting..." is displayed endlessly while trying to open sites on Opera Mini 4.1, that is, unless you give up and press on "Stop". After failing to connect after several retries, you exit the browser and Airtel displays something like "Your charges for the last call are Rs 0.30".
Charges for just connecting the mobile to Airtel servers? Charges for nothing.

verification of mobile subscription and outgoing sms service not working
I have a prepaid connection of bharati Airtel since august 2007, and my SMS service is not working for a month and a half. I have posted a complaint on airtel.in website, called on customer care 3-4 times and even gone to customer care centers and they have delayed their services by giving me a date at a particular time, but nobody corrected my problem. I even got mail from airtel .in that my problem will be solved within 48 hours, but no action is taken by now. My last customer care call reponder, named Mr. Vinod who told me that i will get a notification call on 23rd November, 2010 at 4 p.m. if my problem gets solved or even if it is not yet done.
