1 Ruppee and more loosing everyday
Hi,
I AM OPERATION THE AIRTEL PREPAID CELL SIM NO.9704521064
SINCE TWO YEARS WITH A SCHEME OF ONE PAISE / SEC OFFER
BUT THREE MONTHS ONWARDS EVERY DAY MORE THAN ONE RUPEE
CUTTINNG FROM MY BALANCE WITHOUT OPTIONS, RECENTLY THE SOME WAS TAKEN TO NOTICE THROUGH LOCAL AND INTERNAL AIRTEL CUSTEMER CARE PEOPLE AND EVENTHOUGH NO SOLUTIONS, LAST TWO MONTHS BACK ALSO I STOPED TO RECHARGE, EVENTHOUGH ONE RUPEE CUTTING WITH SHOWING MINUS BALANCE, ON ADVICE OF LOCAL RECHARGE AGENT, I HAVE BARED THE SAME WITH SENDING SMS TO THE AIRTEL PEOPLE EVEN THOUGH THE SAME IS CONTINUEING AND FACING THE SAME PROBLEM

Automatic enrolment in plans
Airtel prepaid automatically enrolls you in plans that are of no interest to you, and deducts balance amount.
The only saving grace seems to be that the SMS message that you get about this automatic deduction, otherwise you will never know about this problem, unless you keep track of the balance on your card.
Calling their customer service will result in a run-around and then they create some incident, and then reply that it was not their problem at all, and so they will not give back the amount they deducted.
If you get calls from number 9618426567, do not pick up the call at all.

non commencing of service
I have recharged with Rs24 on 23/10/2010 (transfer id 1614736179)at 11:05 for reducind call rates of local airtel to airtel.But despite recharging the aforesaid service is not activated on my airtel number, i.e.9831676652.Now what shall be done on my part??????

Deduction of balance without subscribing the features
Sir,
I Ameet Dubey, Using Airtel prepaid mobile connection no 9779784964 since 1 year but last 4 month i have charged from your company for subscription of unique features like cricket pack updates and airtel radio without any subscription request to customer care i am getting messages and after getting messages my prepaid balance has deducted.
Please solve my problem and refund my money which is deducted from last 4 month.

Unnecessary Call Charges
I have been charged repeatedly for 3 calls for which I hav not been connected to.
I am a 80 year old lady and there was a service message, I pressed that a sI had to go to my msg. I find immediately downloading of a msg which says
" Thanks for downloading DLFIPL SUPER KING GAME FROM AIRTEL.. CHARGED RS. 50/-
AFTER THATI RING UP 9840198401 FOR COMPLAINING AND I AGAIN THEM FONE GIVES A DEAD NOISE AND I AM CHARGED .50 PS FOR TWO CALLS.
KINDLY SEE THAT MY AMOUNT IS REPLACED.

Resubmitting Documents
HI,
My Airtel(9840998003) connection is of 3+ years old. I am getting calls and messages from Customer care for resubmitting my Documents(Photo, Address proof, Identity Proof) for Telecom regulatory rules. Also getting the messages like you are reaching the last submission date if not submitting the number will be deactivated.
While taking the connection i have submitted the complete documents.
Now i accepted and asked customer care for nearby airtel office to submit the documents. But they are giving me some Reach Telecom Chrompet Chennai address which is off very far from my office and home(Selaiyur, chennai). Searching the airtel office which is of very far and submitting the dcs is of really painful. Also i have 6 days of working in a week so when i can find the time to do this work. This is not the way Airtel should treat there valid customers . Company should take care of customers by having some people to collect the documents directly from customers if its really necessary as others Networks providers do. But not to give the pain or trouble to the customers.
Switching on to other network connection is not a big deal for us in this competative era where all companies dying to provide customer satisfaction in all aspects.
Note: From 3+ years of usage, i guess my usage is on average of Rs50, 000+.

balance deduction
I have airtel prepaid connection..i consistently used frenzo chat service of airtel live from 4 yrs.i know browsing charges not apply in frenzo, bt my balance deducted from 2 days in browsing..within 2days 26rs. deducted from balance and customer care said that browsing charges are there..please solve my problem as soon as possible..my cell no. is 9799924380.many times i submitted same complain bt pblm is nt solved permanently

i have purchased the airtel prepaid SIM in orissa from there own office in saheednagar. still the complained that i have not submitted the document.
