irresponsible custmer care
i activated monthly 2 GB free net Browsing facility on 11/05/10, i got airtel message that my service is active, after that i used 1 hours net service, without any downloading but immediately 110 Rs amount deducted from my account balance, i have never called anywhere.afte that i call to customer care, they told net browsing is free and amount deduction not possible after that given meanother no. 198, but i tried so much they have blocked my customer care connection, what should i do.prooves will be given after contact.

message recharge
My phone no. is 9898090599. I did a recharge on 25-04-2010 for Rs. 58 for sms pack & the trans id no. is 1094504814 & i also got a msg from airtel Erecharge that recharge was successful on 25-04-2010 at 04:32 pm but i have not got the sms pack & when i started messaging the amount was deducted from my main balance & also daily rs. 1 is deducted from my balance without any usage. So pls solve this problem and give me my sms pack & adjust the amount deducted from my main balance. Pls reply as soon as possible

connectivity
i'm sandhya. i'm using this connection sincelast 1 week.. at places near hosakote and other places of bangalore, there will b no network and even difficulty in sending messages as well...
if the same situation continues to exist, then airtel ve to give up v guess..
please rectify the problem and povide good service to the customers who believe you.. please provide connectivity...

no benefit of tarrif voucher
sir/ madam,

i recharged with a special tariff voucher of Rs 28 on Airtel prepaid, which is suppose to work during night. i got the benefit for few days, but then suddenly, i am not getting any benefit of that recharge. on asking the customer care executive, in am being given fake deadlines and fake solution assurance.
what should i do? please help...

UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS THROUGH S.M.S.
I HAD NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO IPL CRICKET ALERTS FROM AIRTEL .Inspite of repeated communication with your customer care executives on 12.03.2010 named KABITA and PETER, and Your message from 1210 received by me on 13.03.2010 at 11.10.52 and 11.11.50, AIRTEL HAS NOT STOPPED SENDING ME IPL CRICKET ALERTS. IT HAS DEDUCTED RS. 3 /- EVERY TIME. IPL ALERTS WERE SENT TO ME ON 20.03.10 AT 14.44 ; 23.03.10 AT 18.42 ; 27.03.10 AT 18.20 ; 29.03.10 AT 18.35 AND 31.03.10 AT 14.58 HRS. I had been informed by someone called MANOJ from Airtel(098719-99470) on 30.03.2010 at 13.05 hrs.who confirmed that no IPL alerts would be sent to me . EVEN AFTER THAT AN IPL ALERT WAS SENT TO ME ON 31.03.10 AT 14.58 HRS.I have also subscribed to DND, but I received unauthorised sms from Nirman Consultancy (93308-12268) on 27.03.2010 at 14.30.03 hrs. and again on 29.03.2010 at 15.01.17 hrs . HOW AND WHY INSPITE OF DND ?????

AIRTEL MUST TRACK ITS RECORDS AND REFUND ME ALL MY AMOUNT FOR IPL ALERTS DEDUCTED UNAUTHORISEDLY FROM MY MOBILE NO. 98310-46998 (PREPAID A/C) AND IMMEDIATELY STOP ALL ALERTS AND UNAUTHORISED MESSAGES AND DEDUCTIONS OR ELSE I SHALL INITIATE LEGAL ACTION.

I'm Santosh Kumar Potta, and i took a airtel prepaid SIM card (no:8897473997) along with my PAN card and PAN card covering letter as my photo & id proofs.
After 20 days the SIM got locked. I called the customer care people and they are telling me that the SIM card is not issued on my (Santosh Kumar) name.
The vendor is telling me that due to lack of some details, he replaced the details with some others without my permission.

I declare that I have no connection with any such modified details of that SIM card.

auto renewal services
I have Airtel Prepaid phone. And I didnt raise a request for any extra service. But Airtel activate the extra services (like friends on chat, autorenewal picture etc.) on my mobile without my request and cut the balance. And when I tried to call customer care, they told that ur complain is registerd but again after some time it's happen on my phone. And every time they deducted balance from my phone. I am very frustated with their service and call center.
And because every time I am just getting SMS for this. So I dont have any written proof.
