balance deduction
My mobile number is 9890235395.From 1st Feb to 9th Feb, there was a deduction of Rs. 300(apprx) despite of not making calls.When I complained about it to the executives almost 7-8 times, I got only one answer that there are calls being made from your mobile.I have deactivated outgoing calls due to this reason.I am enjoying the service from last 10 years. I want the solution.Please do the needful.

Deduction of Rs.99
I am Airtel mobile prepaid customer. Name- Gulam Mohiuddin Shaikh and Mobile number- 9890537225. Yesterday night Rs.99 deducted from my balance. I need to get back the amount in my balance. Kindly help me to get it.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AT AIRTEL
I intend this to be the nastiest comment I have ever written because I have received the nastiest service ever. Thank God I am a privileged Vodafone Customer. I bought a pre-paid Airtel simcard for my very close friend who is an American national. After 7 days the phone stopped working. We kept wondering why and kept making calls to the local Dealer and Airtel Customer Service to look into the matter. I had forwarded my passport copy and pan card copy and photograph as supporting documents for the simcard. I was really beginning to get worried about it. Finally on January 28, 2010 I walked into an Airtel Store at Flora Fountain, Mumbai to find an unfriendly Representative Mr.Zaheer Abbas who told me that my number reflects in someone else's name and he cannot do anything about it. I explained the situation to him patiently told him I am a troubled customer but he continued being unconcerned, arrogant, indifferent and rude about my inconvenience. He kept telling me to go to the Dealer. Obviously I had first tried to get the problem solved through the Dealer and only after no result had I decided to take the matter further but he obviously dint understand that. He kept telling me that their verification system is very strict and such a mistake is just NOT possible...well at the end of the day it was the Dealer who upon several requests decided to look into the matter only to realize that there was a mistake at Airtel's end in entering the information and therefore my simcard was barred.
Well in either case, it is Airtel's dealer, Airtel's Distributor and Airtel Customer Service that must take responsibility for their goof-ups. I understand they are wide spread but I strongly suggest that if you cannot take care of your customers, do not run a service for them.
I can understand a mistake but I cannot understand horrible, arrogant and indifferent service.
Truly a pathetic experience,

wrong debits from balances
I am having a prepaid connection of Airtel lifetime (9867461803) usually having a balance of Rs.100 & more having full talkrime. I am having a model of Nokia - 3315 having no other facility than receiving and diallinmg a no. Company's customer care service centres are sending promotional messages and in case of no reply automaticaaly activates the service and keeps on debiting the amount from the customer's account. There are many other users who like me are only using the mobiles for their necessity amd not for the value added services. The company is cheating the customers by debiting the amounts from customers accounts.

I think that company is cheating their innocent customers who don't know about value added services and don't require it by activating on their mobiles and charging for the same

NOP deactivated without consent
Dear All,
I had posted a complaint on 12-12-09 to diff. forums about deactivation of NOP service on my number without my consent and get a reply and a phone call from [email protected] that Please contact to customer care at 121 and 198 and register a complaint. my 121 and 198 had been barred from my first complaint i.e. 1st Dec 09. For your kind information AIRTEL has a system on their CC Number YOU CALL THEM AND MAKE COMPLAINT, , , Your number can never make contact to 121, 198 for follow-ups because it has been barred for your number.No reply was made for that -- do not know whether it has reached his office or not. Meanwhile almost regularly I was getting calls from different people of Airtel who starts discussing the problem from the beginning. I was tiered to tell the same story to all of them who at the end said he/she will rectify the problem but did not revert back anymore.ANYWAY my complaint has not been resolved untill now I had already sent a mail to 121, nodalofficer, appleate, airtelpresence but all are not responding to mails or phone calls now where to go and whom to complain that is very big question. AND AT LAST I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE GIVE ME PROCEDURE TO CHANGE THE OPERATOR FORM AIRTEL TO ANY "OTHER" BECAUSE I HAVE NO WAY and TIME OTHER THAN THIS. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION SMS FROM MY SERVICE PROVIDER FOR MY NOP DEACTIVATION FROM LAST 25 days.
PLEASE HELP ME AS I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED FROM THESE TYPE OF REPLIES FROM VARIOUS SOURCES.

Airtel trained C.Care to provide wrong info to Customers
Iam a prepaid customer from Bangalore, I have submitted my addressproof details while taking SIM initially, sim activated after 1.6 yrs of usage they are asking me to produce again addressproof, (barred service with out intemation)then submitted required docs in airtel Store, they told with 24hrs service will activate, not done gavea complaint, waited till it resolve ...still waiting.now telling am submitted wrong details...which is not fair...


Each time i made a call they are not providng solutions, instead they gave answers to our questions and convince the customer..very cheated guys well trained from airtel...so frustrted with their services for my issue...going to change the Service and never ever trake Airtel againn...

Wil give a complaint in Consumer court rega same...as all calls ther will be recorded in airtel server..so i can say strongly what the C.care told promised and never done the slution to the issue...

BALANCE NOT UPDATED
Recharge not credited to regular account but credited to some dedicate account of same no.
Dear customer care,
I have recharged my phone 9901727538 (Karnataka No) on 20-12-2009 at with a top-up easy recharge of Rs 200/- from a vendor in PAtna as I am on roaming now. But I was shocked to see that only Rs -1 h431645090 never connected.Both my incoming and outgoing has stopped now b'cos I do not have any balance in my regular account.
However, on dialing *123*4# the balance is shown as Rs 194.50 in the dedicate account 4 and valid for only 30 days ie Jan 20th 2010. But I am not getting either Incoming or Outgoing. What is this Dedicate account 4? Why i am not able to get either Incoming or Outgoing? Will my money go waste ? Can you transfer this balance from the dedicate account to the regular account.?
Kindly do the needful as the time of 30 days is running out.

charged 75 without any information
my name is arshad ali, i thought the bharti airtel is the best telecom service provider in the world but today something is happened with my prepaid number due to this i feel im wrong. iam using nop from a very long time today they debited 75 rupees for downloading bricks and bowling and i dont know wat the shit its and im not a fool also and i want my money back my phone no 9871642316
